  We’ve had an extremely concerning experience with this daycare, and I feel obligated to share it. We ultimately had to escalate matters to Child Protective Services after multiple incidents involving staff. Several teachers were reported for inappropriate behavior with my child, including kissing him. One teacher in particular went as far as pressuring him to kiss her and took photos of him on her personal phone—completely unacceptable under any circumstance. Our son also has a diagnosed egg allergy, which was communicated immediately. Despite this, staff repeatedly failed to accurately track and report his food intake, causing ongoing stress for our family. Even more concerning, the same staff member disregarded his allergy and gave him a cupcake during a party, which resulted in an allergic reaction that lasted for hours. We also discovered that messages were being deleted within the parent communication app, raising serious concerns about transparency. There were days we received multiple incident reports for the same recurring issues, yet there appeared to be no accountability or corrective action taken. To be clear, the pattern we experienced was a lack of accountability and a failure to prioritize the safety and well-being of the children. I will say there were two staff members I respected, and I genuinely hope they do well in their careers. Unfortunately, that does not outweigh the severity of what we experienced. Parents deserve to feel confident their children are safe. That was not our experience here.

  Kindercare in Dobson is by far the BEST daycare my children have ever been to. The director Maranda Ward goes over and beyond for all these little babies. Shes not only a good director, but you can always find a friend in her as well. All the teachers put in extra effort to jumpstart all these little one’s education, and treat these kids like their own. The cafeteria staff also do a great job providing nutritional meals & snacks throughout the day, cuddos to you too! Kindercare provides a APP that records all activities throughtout the day, and the teachers do a great job providing pictures of your children as well showing what fun things they are doing in the classroom. My third baby will be attending in 2026. We love it here, and i strongly recommend this daycare. “A home away from home”. -Serina

  Love Dobson Kindercare! My son attended from 14 months-6 years and my daughter is currently attending and has been 6 weeks old. All the staff are great and know each kid personally. They have loved both of my babies like one of their own!

  I appreciate everyone at KinderCare in Dobson. My child has went to KinderCare for years there. She loves and wants to go everyday. The staff at KinderCare are great and we couldn't ask for anything better. Highly recommended.
