  I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful care my son receives at daycare. The teachers, Ms. Telissah and Ms. Subashari, are truly exceptional. They are not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring and loving towards each child. My son looks forward to going every day, and I can see how much he has grown and learned under their guidance. I highly recommend this daycare to any parents looking for a supportive and engaging place for their little ones! Keep up the great work!

  I called over several days and secured my quote. I was given very specific details about the location, the classes, about my kid starting and moving up with her age. I arranged to take off of work (twice) only to call back to have a general question answered and instead Claudia tell me I was provided incorrect information from their staff about pricing and availability that it is my responsibility to call each Kindercare and ask for correct details WHEN THATS EXACTLY WHAT I DID. I had already called several times and spoke to the staff and obtained the information and made the arrangements for childcare here. Claudia did not care that it was her staffs fault for giving me incorrect information and took 0 accountability for the mistake. It was extremely unprofessional and had I not called in to ask a question, i wouldn’t of even known to cancel my paid time off to visit or that she didn’t have room for my kid, and the price changed from $180 to over $350??? Terrible management and experience

  There aren't enough superlatives to include in a post like this for Providence Road KinderCare. Our kids have been loved so, so well during their years here, and they have grown by leaps and bounds. They truly enjoy every day here. It also should be noted that PRKC have done an extraordinary job going above and beyond during these COVID times during very difficult circumstances, but that was no surprise to me. If there were 100 stars available for this review, I'd give all of them. I will always be grateful to the Lord for these people and this place.

  We love everything about KinderCare! From the moment I toured the facility with Ms. Ana, I knew this was a great fit for our daughter. All of the teachers are so warm and kind to me when I drop off/pick up, and I know every single day that while I am at work, my daughter has the best teachers keeping her safe and helping her grow! She comes every day knowing something new and talking about all her "friends and Ms. Sonia and Ms. Sherry." Cannot say enough great things!!!

  KinderCare has been great for our little one. She enjoys her teachers and looks forward to going to "Daycare" daily. They do a good job of meeting our little one's needs! Thanks for your help guys!
