After 5.5 wonderful years, our family's time at this daycare has come to an end as our children head off to their next adventure, and it is difficult to put into words just how grateful we are for the love, care, and support we received along the way.
Both of our children started here at just 12 weeks old. As first-time parents, leaving our babies in someone else's care was one of the hardest things we have ever done. Our son started during COVID, and for the first year and a half, we never even had the opportunity to step inside the building. Handing your first child to people you had barely met and into a building you had never seen was incredibly scary. Yet from day one, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Through virtual tours, outdoor meetings, phone calls, and countless conversations, they eased every concern and made sure both our children—and this nervous mama—felt cared for.
What makes this school so special is that it is much more than a daycare. The staff truly become a second family. Every teacher takes the time to learn every child's name, creating a warm and welcoming environment where children feel seen and valued. They provide quality meals, foster a genuine sense of community through family events and activities, and teach lessons that extend far beyond academics. They help children understand that being kind, respectful, and a good person is just as important as being smart.
Most importantly, they genuinely love and care for the children. We never once questioned whether our kids were supported, encouraged, or loved throughout their time here. Watching our children learn, grow, build friendships, gain confidence, and develop into the amazing little people they are today has been such a gift, and this school played a significant role in that journey.
We feel incredibly blessed to have been given the opportunity to be part of this community. Leaving is bittersweet, and if life leads me back into the workforce, I would not hesitate to send our daughter back here again.
To any parent considering this school: don't hesitate. Just do it. The staff, the community, and the love they pour into these children are truly something special.

My children have been attending this daycare since they were 1 year old, and I couldn't be happier with the care they have received. The staff is loving, attentive, and truly treats every child like family. I have always felt confident knowing my kids are in a safe, nurturing, and educational environment.
The teachers are patient, caring, and dedicated to helping children learn and grow. Communication with parents is excellent, and the facility is always clean and well-organized. Now they have turned 4 and it has been almost 3+ years we love this place and we miss you .Love from Aadi and Ved .

I was so excited to visit Primrose and so was our daughter. When we arrived for our scheduled tour things were a bit busy given picture day which I understood, but our tour seemed to be a bit of a surprise. I had to reach my hand out to greet the director which was off-putting but again I completely understand how busy things can get. The tour itself was fine; however, one of the teachers barely acknowledged us but my daughter loved connecting with the children and checking things out. I sent a follow up email requesting to be added to the waitlist the same day as the tour and received a response 5 days later. I clarified my ask to be added to the waitlist and have not heard back. That was over two weeks ago. I really wanted to love it but the fact they don't follow up along with the lack of cameras gave me pause. We'll continue to look for the right place for our sweet girl.

We’ve had such a great experience at Primrose Academy at Eastfield so far! My daughter started in the infant classroom about two weeks ago, and she adjusted so well.
From the beginning, the staff has been really warm and welcoming. I love how they treat the babies with so much care, patience, and attention. It just gives me peace of mind knowing she’s in good hands.
I also really like the curriculum and the activities they do. My daughter loves the Primrose Friends! ☺️ Even this early, I can already see her learning and growing, which I didn’t expect this soon but I love it.
Her teachers are so sweet. My daughter literally lights up and smiles when she sees them, and that tells me everything I need to know.
The school is clean, organized, and all the staff are amazing and friendly. I’m honestly really grateful we found this place and would definitely recommend it to other parents. 🩷

We were on the waitlist about 6 months before my son was born and I believe we got off of the waitlist when he was almost 2 years old and attended Primrose for 3 full school years and we experienced 4 classrooms.
I have nothing but good things to say from the front desk with Karen, to the kitchen with Ms. Corry, to the teachers and janitorial staff. Everyone at Primrose cared about my son and no matter what trouble he got into, I was met with care and support from the staff.
My son has had plenty of challenges, but Primrose always did their best to accommodate. Speech and Occupational Therapists could come in. Dietary restrictions were respected and Ms. Corry accommodated whenever she could with alternative options so that I didn't have to make his lunch as much. When he needed firm direction, the teachers provided it. They even filled out forms to help get diagnoses.
My son didn't get sick all of the time like he did at his first preschool which was amazing - the facility is well taken care of.
The school hosts events throughout the year for the kids, has parades, a holiday night with Santa, charity fundraisers, dinner sent home at least once a year, parent breakfast at least once a year. A no tuition vacation week after a year.
The school is wonderful and so are all of the people inside. I recommend.
