  Ms. Caroline and Ms. Jayme took the best care of our little girl. We always knew she was in good hands with Kindercare. They communicate very well with parents over their app, sending pictures and informative notes everyday. I highly recommend them.

  Sending my son (2 y.o.) to daycare was a hard step for me. Letting go of my little guy, putting him in the hands of a strangers, and not being able to spend the day with him were just a few worries I had. The moment we walked into the building and met Nicole, we could tell she was ON IT. She was running around and so busy, but so organized and so on top of things. You could tell the place was in good hands. We met our son's teacher (Ms. Natalie 💛 ), and that was that. He was in "school" the next week, and I couldn't have felt better about it. We did take some time off because of COVID, but when we saw that KinderCare was back open, and the precautions they were taking, we knew it would be ok to send our son back, and we did! He is now with a new teacher (Ms. Merritt), and we're still feeling great about him spending his days with the KinderCare family. Upon our return, Chearin and Nicole welcomed us with open arms, and we knew it was the right choice when we saw our son's reaction to seeing these faces again. I start my day knowing that he's going to a good place, that he's going to be loved - and I know this because when I pick him up, he has a smile on his face. All the love for the West Cary KinderCare family!

  This staff goes so above and beyond for my child. The montessori program is very active, and they get the kids involved in so many fun activities. Miss Kim and Miss Katherine are saints. My child is really struggling with behavioral issues and they are so kind, pantient and helpful. They always go above their duty to help. The director, Chearin, is one of thr most kindest, accommodating people I've had the pleasure of knowing. The whole staff has never made me feel as if my child is a problem child, even though she may be. They have made me feel safe, comfortable, and reassured that they will do whatever it takes to help my daughter with her struggles. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. They are top notch.
