We are Primrose of Cary parents. We relocated from NJ and loved our Primrose experience there. Primrose of Cary exceeded our expectations. We were very worried, as this was the first move for our daughter and we were concerned how she would adjust to a new daycare. For a child who does not do well with change, the staff at primrose welcomed her and made helped her transition and make new friends. Ms. Lovey is fantastic and was our daughter’s first friend. She loves Ms. April’s cooking and asks for it for dinner too. They have truly become an extension of our family. There is always a warm welcome for us when we walk into the doors. Our family is ready to grow, and we are looking forward to our baby enjoying the care at Primrose.

EDIT:
Very happy to see Neeti responded with her usual half-truths and jabs. Notice how she implies we are unhappy at our new daycare for no apparent reason. You can look at my Google account. I have hundreds of reviews. Most of them overwhelmingly positive. It takes an extraordinarily poor experience to get me to post a negative review. I could rebuke Neeti's claims in her reply, but I'm not gonna go back and forth with her. As expected, she's shown her true colors. You've been warned.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Primrose School of Cary provides a wonderful classroom experience that is unfortunately overshadowed by poor ownership.
Our daughter loved her teachers, and we found the classroom staff to be caring, dedicated, and nurturing. However, our experience with school ownership left us disappointed.
During our time at Primrose, we experienced unplanned tuition increases, abrupt policy changes, and inconsistent policy enforcement. When we attempted to discuss these concerns with ownership, we found the responses dismissive and, at times, inappropriate for a constructive parent-school relationship.
Examples included:
• Justifying sudden policy changes by suggesting teachers would otherwise not be paid.
• Characterizing private written feedback as inappropriate language because it included words such as "callous" and "shameful."
• Suggesting that our disagreement with the owner could violate school policies.
• Implying that our concerns stemmed from being "new" to the school rather than addressing the concerns themselves.
These interactions made us lose confidence in how future concerns would be handled. While we remained very happy with our daughter's teachers, we ultimately decided to enroll elsewhere.
I cannot say enough positive things about the classroom staff. Our decision to leave was entirely due to our interactions with school ownership.

Ms April, the cook plays an important role in making the school special. The nutritious meals and snacks are thoughtfully prepared and contribute to the overall health and happiness of the children.
The building is consistently clean, organized, and inviting, reflecting the pride the entire team takes in maintaining a high-quality environment.
