I paid the full amount upfront, believing my daughter would benefit from the program. After three sessions, it became clear that this was not going to be a good working relationship. Following several conversations trying to find a resolution, I requested a refund for the portion of the program that had not yet been delivered — which amounted to nearly the full sum, minus a few in-person sessions. Of the almost $5,000 I paid, I was refunded less than $1,000, with no explanation — just a brief WhatsApp message. Despite the fact that the services outlined in the contract were not fulfilled, there was no effort to return the funds owed. I'm a mother and a small business owner myself. When I recognize I'm not the right fit for a client, I step aside and do what's right for them — refunding accordingly. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Class 101. The team is personable, and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the overall experience was disappointing, and the resolution process did not feel client-oriented. I'd encourage anyone considering this program to read the contract carefully before paying — I signed mine only after payment had already been made.   Class 101 is an excellent choice of support and guidance for the kids and parents. Both Moomina and Fathima are wonderful instructors who encourage and guide the students. My daughter is a Sophomore now and has been with Class 101 since last fall. They encourage the kids to pursue their interests and at the same time build a stronger academic profile. I highly recommend Class 101 to any student looking to succeed academically.

  We had a positive experience with Class 101. Fatima worked with my daughter to stay ahead of all of the details concerning college preparation and applying college. During their meetings, they worked on upcoming deadlines, test, application and essay preparation, career counseling and scholarship applications. Whether you feel like you have handle on college preparation or feel like its a daunting task, we would highly recommend Class 101!
