  This team is absolutely amazing. I get quick replies to all emails/messages. The app lets me see my child throughout the day and know when supplies are needed. The teachers are so dedicated, and literally everyone knows my child’s name. It makes me feel so secure with my kid at Cary Towne KinderCare. P.S. My child had a slight delay in speech; they are so helpful and attentive to this. My child is already saying more words and has only been there since February!

  I’ve been contemplating leaving a review because I typically don’t. But I just keep thinking about the literal brand new baby at this center. My son was there for three months and has came home to diaper rash more then once the last time was BAD and that’s when I was ready to unenroll I left work early to go get him and take him out and before going in the class I peaked threw the glass and seen Ms. Elizabeth bend over half way to set him down and just let go and drop my 9 month old down. And that was the last time he was there. Ms Elizabeth is the only one good about uploading pictures is the most positive thing I can say. If she’s not in forget an update on your kid. I got there one time and was told by the afternoon teacher I was supposed to pick him up way earlier due to him not feeling well but no one called or wrote a message on the app. I would also have MANY days where I’d pick up my baby and he was only given 2 5oz bottles in 9 hours. At home he was drinking a bottle every two hours. There are many days they will email and tell you that you can’t bring your kid in due to understaffing or they are closing class early. I just feel like some kind of reimbursement for time my kids not there due them would be considered but nope. Corporate reached me one time I’m assuming in hopes I wouldn’t write a review and to act like they care because I got a refund literally 12 hours later. Quickest refund I’ve ever got… they said they will help find placement for my kid elsewhere and never heard back. A week and a half later I reached back out and was giving one class that honestly didn’t look much better then the one I took him out of and they only had full time spots available we were looking for part time. Never heard from corporate again. They lack communication in all as a facility when we were active there and now as corporate. You’re a paycheck to them. If you can find elsewhere. Do it… UPDATE: That whole 3 months my kid was going there he would cry every single day at drop off and he wouldn’t sleep the entire time he was there and even at 6M old. He’s at his new daycare and a week in stopped crying at drop off and hasn’t cried sense even during transition to his new class he’s been there about 2.5 months now. He eats lots threw out the day he takes naps there every day they have outdoor splash park they do and fun activities you can view a live camera and they still send lots of updates I never have to pick him up early he’s not always getting these crazy illnesses anymore and he’s so happy there. I thought he just didn’t like daycare but it goes to show how bad this place was actually mistreating him. And I still pay the same I did as Kindercare with a WAY better experience. Please know there’s way better with a team that will take such good care of your baby.

  I LOVE KINDERCARE!!!! We've been with kindercare going on 5 years now. My girls have learned so much!

  We've been with cary towne kindercare for 3 years now! We absolutely love the teachers and the director! One of my daughters is two and shes so smart! Her teachers are AMAZING!
