  Audrey, Robert and the whole team here are absolutely amazing. From the moment I toured I knew my daughter would absolutely thrive under their care. My daughter has been going since she was just 6 weeks old and I never once regret sending her to KinderCare of Cary, she is 8.5 months now. I am single mother with struggles and they take their time with me and help me beyond what they really need to. I love that they send pictures through out the day and all of the little updates. I love that if I call just to check up on her, they are so excited to go visit her. Their communication is top tier with everything going on. I work right around the corner and they let me stop in on lunch just to visit if I want (need) snuggles from my girl. They check up on my life as well to make sure I am doing okay. They truly make it feel like my child is apart of a large family and my girl loves all of her aunts and her uncle that she gained from being here. If my girl could talk, I know she would be talking non-stop about her day she had with them. I cannot wait to see how far she goes here. This daycare is exactly where you want your child to go if you need child care. I have no worries and love everyone here. Best choice I have ever made to send my child here.

  I was very nervous sending my children to daycare because of all the horror stories on the news but this daycare changed everything! The teachers are all wonderful people and even my 10yr old loves going here. My son who barely spoke before this place is very chatty and is out of his shell. He loves coming to “the castle”. Your children will be in good hands here!

  This team is absolutely amazing. I get quick replies to all emails/messages. The app lets me see my child throughout the day and know when supplies are needed. The teachers are so dedicated, and literally everyone knows my child’s name. It makes me feel so secure with my kid at Cary Towne KinderCare. P.S. My child had a slight delay in speech; they are so helpful and attentive to this. My child is already saying more words and has only been there since February!

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. The care I received at this daycare was horrible. My child was only there for 2 weeks. The communication from manager is terrible. I was told the wrong tuition prices/discount prices. My child came home with actual raw spots on his butt and the worst diaper rash I have ever seen that developed in one day. I had to take him to urgent care and pay out of pocket for that since I just moved here and don’t have insurance yet. I brought concerns to the management several times and no one ever addressed those. I’ve seen his teacher get very frustrated and annoyed with him over normal kid things. They randomly close the classrooms due to staffing issues and only give you hours or a days notice. And they want me to pay 400 dollars a week to have major anxiety on whether my kid is getting the care he needs? The list goes on and on. No thanks. Do not recommend.

  Cary Towne Kindercare is one of the best centers my daughters have attended they teach, care and mentor. My daughters love going there and are always excited to be there with all the wonderful teachers. The staff are involved and always have a smile on their face. Update: Since the Pandemic the center has taken all types of precautions to ensure my girls are safe and that i have piece of mind when i leave them there. The communication level here is outstanding and always kept me informed when the center closed and still keep me informed of any changes.
