- JGJustine GillOct 28, 20255.0Our 16-month old son started at Primrose about a month ago and his teachers and office admins have gone above and beyond to ensure he is handling the adjustment well. The Primrose team communicates well, sends updates and pictures often, and keeps a positive attitude (especially when us parents need it most!). Our son took some time to adjust after never being in daycare before, and now he is doing great and is so happy to be there. It makes us feel great that is he in such good hands. After many daycare tours, we are so thrilled we chose Primrose!

Every teacher that we have had has been kind, patient and caring. Even the support staff knows every child. We’ve used other daycares in the 4 years of our son’s life and Primrose Apex is definitely our number one choice. We are grateful to have a safe and caring place to send our son.
