Very happy with the care for my son that he received in the infant room and he seems to be doing well in young toddler room. Love how they send frequent pictures and updates. Only con is I hate how sick he seems to get and how often but that seems to just be a thing for all daycares. Overall, I’m happy.

Primrose School at West Lake has been truly amazing for our family. We have been part of the school community for both of our children for a total of 7 years, and we cannot say enough positive things about our experience. Our children have been fortunate to have consistent, caring teachers for many years, which has made a tremendous difference in their growth and development. While there was some turnover in one classroom (TK), our overall experience with the school has been exceptional.
The management team genuinely cares about the children and families, and it shows in everything they do. We were especially excited to see Ms. Osorio return — she was our son’s Pre-K teacher, and she made such a lasting impact on him. We are incredibly grateful to the entire Primrose West Lake team for creating such a nurturing and supportive environment for children and families.

We had a wonderful experience at Primrose School at West Lake. Our son, Arjun, started in the Infant program and recently graduated from Pre-K. Over the years, we watched him thrive academically, socially, and emotionally thanks to the caring and dedicated teachers and staff.
We are especially grateful to the school team for preparing him so well for kindergarten. The curriculum, structure, and nurturing environment gave him a strong foundation and confidence going into his next chapter.
Thank you to everyone at Primrose West Lake for the love, support, and guidance throughout the years. We highly recommend this school to any family looking for a safe, engaging, and supportive early education experience.

3 blessing a day before every meal, and they don't allow parents to provide natural, healthy food. Lesson plans seem out dated.
In response to owners response, this is not a confusion with another school, and you didn't respond to any of my 3 stated concerns. As you know all 3 are accurate and true. Maybe you should focus on improving your curriculum and policies instead of simply trying to remove reviews you don't like.
