  I just love this place! We started when my son was 2, shortly after moving to the US. The teachers were amazing and patient, helping him adjust to the new food and language by understanding his specific barriers. The center director, Shuai, is wonderful and always available. Shuai's leadership and genuine care for the children make a significant difference. She goes above and beyond to ensure every child feels welcomed and supported. The teachers provide regular updates on the kids' progress through an app, which I love for its daily updates and pictures. All the teachers know all the students, and my son now loves them all, running to hug them every day. He has caught up with the language and is eating most of the food at daycare. Kindercare has been instrumental in helping my son settle in and taking wonderful care of him. He loves the summer activities, like weekly waterplay, balloon parties, and painting. I would definitely recommend this daycare!

  It's been almost a year, and my baby and whole family absolutely love this place. We started when my baby was 4.5 months old, and I was definitely worried about sending her to daycare at such a young age. However, I never regretted choosing Hampton and feel so lucky to have them so I can go to work without worrying about my child. They have curriculums with milestones and themes even for such a young age child, and I love that they have both structure and free play. Because we are working and our house is small, I appreciate the center being a place where my baby can do activities that we cannot offer. They do all kinds of different things which are sometimes hard to clean up after, and I hadn't imagined doing it at home. They manage classrooms and hygiene really well. This is our first child, and we have heard a lot about viruses and kids being sick when they join childcare. This worried us because we had no family members who could back up or help. Fortunately, they do a lot of cleaning and hygiene procedures, and our child has been thriving. I highly recommend this place if you are working and need a reliable place. Like having a nanny at home with a baby cam, they give you live updates on the baby's schedule (eating, toilets, and activities) with details and photos/videos in real time. This gives such reassurance when you are away from your children. One thing to note is that the app sometimes logs you out, but it is okay overall. For about people, Shuai, Michele, and Kita communicate a lot about any news or developments regarding the center and my baby. They share their thoughts and observations, which also help us do parenting. They are compassionate people who have extensive knowledge and experience.

  My family has been at Hampton KinderCare 9 months and it has been a wonderful experience! Shuai, the current director, is extremely responsive to messages, every staff member knew our kiddos name right away, and they have helped us first time parents with some tough transitions. They have an app to give parents live updates and photos throughout the day. It is clear the staff truly cares about these kiddos! Nothing beats having this peace of mind when dropping your child off at daycare - we are so happy to have them in our neighborhood!

  My son attended the Hampton Kindercare location from ages 1-3 & once my baby girl turned 1 it was a no brainer where I'd send her! The staff at Hampton Kindercare care for my children just as I would! I've had very few complaints over the years! I love them & so do my children!
