The director, Katie, was very informative and supportive, especially with subsidy payments and as first-time parents. We were always kept informed about daily activities and any incidents. Despite hearing mixed reviews, this place was exactly what we needed to help transition our kids from being home with me for three years to daycare.
- SSSheena ShiOct 11, 20195.0We joined KinderCare in early 2019. This is our second daycare facility. We love it! The Director is amazing. The teachers are great with my twins. There has been a low teacher turnover rate. The cleanliness of the facility is amazing. The boys come home messy enough to know they had activities but not so messy you wonder if they were being watched. Now that they’re in the preschool class the curriculum is great. I don’t expect them to sit there for hours at a time being lectured but having an agenda for the day and a routine they can count in helps keep their behavior in check and their minds engaged. Couldn’t be happier!
