  Most amazing crew you can ask for.They are all about the kiddos and go above and beyond to help them grow and learn things before their next big milestones I am so proud to call them family.... Thank you jen, Makenzie,Sharon aka Ronnie and the rest of the crew my grand daughter Rylee and grandson Ronan loves them all..   I came to Kindercare after being a stay at home mom and realizing I’m not cut out for it. I came out with teacher experience and two kids that fell in love with the teachers staff and made great friends along the way. Being in house seeing how the team operated while my kids were there allowed me to REALLY see how not just my kids but other kids were being treated as well. Yes, we all hear the traumatic horror stories about children and daycares. Full disclaimer this location don’t play that. The state will get involved EXPEDITIOUSLY and investigate anything out of the ordinary going on. But yes I was skeptical and keep in mind, every parent does not teach proper etiquette with their children at home. Most kids don’t know how to act around other kids or a classroom setting. There’s only so much the staff can do if a kid is hitting another kid or a kid has scratches or whatever that’s on the child’s parent not the teachers and staff. I could go on but it take a village to raise kids and I’m happy and proud that both of my kids now aged 5 and 7 have graduated from this location. Jen is amazing and very accommodating. Being a teacher is HARD trust me I KNOW lol. I commend everyone that does it. If I have another child I surely will send them here. It’s a daycare and they have an amazing staff. Shout out to ms cookie, ms Marissa, mevlita, I love yall and I miss you all dearly. Thank you for keeping my kids safe and happy while they were there

  My daughter attended KinderCare beginning in October 2024. After repeated concerns at the Prairie View location—including unexplained bruises, being picked up in urine/feces-soaked clothing, severe rashes, and missing personal belongings—I transferred her to the Parvin & Chouteau location in April 2025, hoping for a safer environment. Unfortunately, many of the same concerns continued. During our time there, my daughter was left alone, unclothed, and crying in the bathroom with the door wide open, on multiple occasions, I witnessed this upon my arrival. She came home on multiple occasions with scratches and bruises that were not documented or explained, and there were several times staff could not tell me where she was when I arrived for pickup, leaving me to search for my own child. On one occasion, I found her outside with her hair caught in a bike wheel while a teacher was focused on their phone, my daughter was crying for help. She has been sent home in clothing 2 sizes too small, or with no underwear instead of the clothing I have provided for her. Teachers also made inappropriate comments by telling me they believed my daughter was autistic rather than recommending a professional evaluation. Twice recently while the director was on vacation, my daughter told me a teacher smacked her hand and she told me another teacher pushed her forehead. She has been frequently telling me teachers are mean, and they didn't listen to her and that other children were hitting, biting, pushing, and spitting on her. Since leaving the center, she has struggled with behaviors she did not display before, making her transition into school much more difficult. When I brought my concerns to staff and administration, I felt dismissed. I was spoken to unprofessionally in front of children, physically guided toward the entrance by a teacher during one interaction, and my concerns were not meaningfully addressed despite repeated complaints. The center also regularly notified parents about staffing shortages while continuing to operate under those conditions. After nearly two years of giving this facility opportunities to improve, I made the decision to disenroll my daughter. Every child deserves a clean, safe, nurturing environment where they are supervised, respected, and protected. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and I cannot recommend this location to other families. Please, do not send your children here.

  My daughter attended kinder care for two years when she moved up to three class care started going downhill she even came home one time with no diaper. The icing on the cake was my daughter came home and told me about a teacher that smacked her hand. I informed Jen the director about this situation and she had to do an investigation the teacher that smacked my daughter’s hand was on vacation at the time when the teacher came back from vacation. My daughter pointed her out. The teacher was never fired. I remove my daughter from kinderCare and told Jan that she will not be attending fast forward now you later I see there is a balance on my credit report from KinderCare for $600. My balance was always up-to-date and taking care of it. It’s very distasteful the teacher not never Got fired and they still continue to charge me even after I remove my daughter from the situation thankfully, I’ve always taught my daughter how to speak up for herself

  my godson kept coming home with bruises all over his face, cuts and scratches. never a note explaining why, no conversation about what could’ve happened. i don’t know what’s going on there but something needs to be done and an investigation needs to be HAD! i’ve never seen such disregard for children.
