  my godson kept coming home with bruises all over his face, cuts and scratches. never a note explaining why, no conversation about what could’ve happened. i don’t know what’s going on there but something needs to be done and an investigation needs to be HAD! i’ve never seen such disregard for children.

  Our family loves this Kindercare!! We had tried several daycares before sticking with this one. Even after switching jobs 6 months ago, I would rather drive out of my way just to keep my son here. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the kids are actually learning while still having fun, my son doesn't come home filthy or covered in his own snot, I actually feel like he is cared for on a daily basis, and the best thing of all, he loves it!! They are truly unlike any others that we have found.

  I do not recommend you bring your children to this center. We have been in this center for around 2 years. The prior director was amazing and very helpful and caring. The staff were very caring and the reason why my kids were there. The new director took over in January 2018 and the center started down hill from there.We left this center last year as our oldest child, then 3 years old was not getting the care he deserved. He was misunderstood and accused of bad behaviour. We had a discussion with the center director snd then eventually the district manager too and she did not bend on her stance that my son was being bad and needed corrective behaviour immediately. After leaving this center in June, a few months later, in October my son was diagnosed with autism. He was misunderstood and the new teacher and the center director didn't understand or know how to work with him. We moved to a new center, and within two months he was fully potty trained and didn't have a single behaviour there. It is all about your location! If you need a center, don't go here! The staff are overworked and underpaid. The center director is rude and uncaring. She acts like she cares, but truly doesn't. I also was threatened to go to collections over $85.00.

  I just want to start by saying WELCOME BACK MRS.JEN. We missed you. I love the Kinder Care on Chouteau & Parvin. My daughter has been going there for 5 years now. I have never had any problems or concerns with any of the staff. I have had an issue with a kid but it was addressed and it got taken care of that same day. My daughter has not had any more issues with that child. I love that the building is secured. I highly recommend this place to my friends & family.
