  Shuai the center director is amazing and always making sure the families have what they need. She is supportive with her staff and makes sure they are taken care of. She loves the families and helps anytime there is a problem. Our families love her and so do the children. She is 10/10.

  Amazing staff here. They are incredible with the kids and very attentive to their needs. The new management is fantastic and always keeps parents informed. You will not regret sending your children here!

  I would like to share how much this center has improved since Shuai (S-H-U-A-I) took over the management at KinderCare Chesterfield. The change has truly been a wonderful turnaround for my son and for our family. My son has attended this center since he was three years old. At one point, due to concerns with the previous management, we decided to try other daycare centers. Unfortunately, those experiences were not a good fit for him, and we were often told he had behavior issues. When we returned to KinderCare under the new leadership of Shuai, the difference was immediate. She has created a much more supportive and understanding environment, and it is clear she gives both children and parents a fair opportunity to succeed. My son has now been back for two weeks and has been doing incredibly well. There have been no issues or disruptions. In fact, one moment that truly reassured me happened today when I dropped him off—he ran inside excitedly and gave his teacher, Ms. Terry, a big hug. Seeing how comfortable and happy he is made me feel confident that we made the right decision coming back. Shuai has truly turned this center around. Her leadership, along with the support of her assistant manager Summer, has created a positive and welcoming environment for families. The two of them make an excellent team, and their dedication really shows. I sincerely hope my son will be able to continue attending KinderCare until he is ready for kindergarten. Every child has moments while adjusting to routines, but the staff here has been patient and supportive. Since Shuai has taken over, I would absolutely give this center 5+ stars. Thank you to Shuai, Summer, Ms. Terry, and the entire team for creating such a caring place for our children.
