From school leadership to staff to teachers everyone has been friendly and great to work with. You can tell everyone at Primrose cares about the kids and their parents and works very hard to build a family culture at the school. The Procare app is great to track daily activities and see photos of your kid during the day and it's very easy to message the staff and/or teachers directly in the app. If you're looking for a great daycare that you and your kid will love this is the place to go.

Every educator is kind, caring, patient, and genuinely loves the children. You can feel how much attention and warmth they give to every child every single day. The environment is safe, welcoming, and full of positive energy. Our child is always happy to come here and comes home smiling, calm, and excited to share new things they’ve learned. The teachers do an amazing job supporting children’s development, communication, and emotional growth. We feel very lucky to be part of this daycare family and highly recommend it to any parent looking for a loving, professional, and trustworthy place for their child. ❤️

- LSLuke SchleifOct 20, 20241.0Literally a terrible establishment. My kid was sick non stop and somehow $1800 month can't even get diapers changed in a timely manner. The management is more worried about packing the classrooms full vs providing quality care. The care providers were fine, but very young and inexperienced. Management had every opportunity to communicate to us issues with our child but neglected to do so and instead blindsided us with an eviction.
