Even though it's a group setting, it feels like they get individualized attention - the whole team is on a first-name basis with everyone. The caretakers are exceptionally skilled and professional, and the facility itself is clean and organized. The location is convenient, the parking lot is safe and accessible, and both the building and the outdoor play spaces are secure and well-maintained. I truly could not be happier with my experience.

There are teachable moments and there are points where things get out of hand and are seen as embarrassment and humiliation. The expectation of a infant and/or toddler should not be the same as a 6-year old child the education field is definitely a specialized field and if all children cannot be treated the same and fairly with grace and proper assistance, reassurance and encouragement this may not be the right profession for some of these teachers at this location!
