I’ll speak on my own experience as a mother and as a former teacher. My daughter went to the infant room and in my own opinion I loved the infant room staff. Ms. Kenzie and Ms. Kallie were so wonderful with my baby. I trust them full heartedly. Ms Kylie have always been so sweet and kind. If it had been just them I would’ve given 5 stars. Unfortunately, I had given my two weeks due to a child throwing a chair at my head and as I reported it to my management. I am currently dealing with consistent headaches and memory loss following this. Nothing was to be done about it. The week following I was informed that Shante the center director was excited for my absence so she could create a “more scheduled room”. I had only been back from work from maternity leave for about a week at this point so naturally my classroom was a little out of sorts. I loved the kids in my care and miss them all dearly. It’s a shame to see such a good center go down…

On Friday evening, when I picked my son up, he immediately after getting him into the car informed me that his teacher hit him in the head and called him stupid prior to this he showed reluctance towards the teacher and very nervous and clingy at drop off time he was undergoing and still is undergoing nightmares about this teacher. I contacted the CDYF,CPS,and the Rogers Police Department and I’m going to follow through with pressing charges the director of the center has also been witnessed being aggressive with children. my son‘s preschool teacher and the director both will be held accountable. The CDF is going to investigate and find out any other staff members that are physically and verbally harming children. I’m not gonna be quiet about this and I’m not backing down.

The management doesn't care about children at all. They had water pipes break in the ceiling collapsing parts of the ceiling on Saturday. They had staff go in try to cleanup Sunday and only notified parents at 11:30pm Sunday night. The district manager Katie downplayed the issue and lied saying inspectors said it was good but there were no inspections. Monday more water dripping from different spots. Kids just crammed in rooms so they could stay open. Today Tuesday more water issues as a water sprinkler was broken by another pipe and flooded another room. Again the horrible decisions by Katie was to just cram more kids together and stay open. She has no concern for the children or staff. Horrible place. Sad for the good providers that have to work under such a horrible person.

My 8 month old daughter is currently in the infant room and she is SO happy every single day for drop offs and pick up. The teachers do a great job at telling me about her day and are very informative. Fabulous teachers and a director who truly care!
