This place is horrible they have mold and mouse’s running around and dead ones to everywhere. and all the rooms are infested with ants and bugs everywhere even the baby room the manger leaves the teachers with more kids then they are legally allowed to. there’s always drama with the manger she is very rude also allows kids to come in really sick with high fevers mostly all the kids looked really sick it’s always a sick bug or rsv, strep throat going around. if i were you I would never come here I couldn’t believe how old and nasty it was and if ur kid goes here I would find something new and fast like I did seems like the manger just doesn’t care and sits In the office on her phone all day.

I've had my kids at KinderCare for 8 years (with a 10 month break for COVID), and I have absolutely no regrets. The management works hard to ensure families feel comfortable with the center and have a chance to form community with each other. Kids are responsibly transitioned to the next age room, with plenty of time to develop comfort with new teachers. Staff are well trained, friendly, and work hard to put together consistent classroom cultures that allow kids to have fun while still learning appropriate-age behaviors.
KinderCare is expensive, but I have never ONCE in eight years wondered whether my children were safe or cared for. My older children in particular have developed real friendships with their classmates at KinderCare--friends they still see and spend time with at camps and on weekends to this day. I wholeheartedly recommend University KinderCare.

My kids have gone to the University KinderCare for 6 years. Each time I drop them off, I know they will be well cared for. I know their minds will be engaged, they will receive good nutrition and plenty of love. Even on days that are hard for my kids to separate, whenever I pick them up, they have a smile on their faces and have had a great day. The staff at University KinderCare really care about the well being of my children and look forward to seeing them each day.

Our son has been at Kindercare for about a year and love it. We feel he is great hands and well taken care of in their care. Probably not the cheapest daycare around, nevertheless we are very satisfied.

Hated it! Sent my son there from August to September. My son got no attention and was always dirty when I picked him up. Not to mention I've walked in several times and he was either falling head first into the floor(which is almost a hard concrete underneath the cheap carpet) the office staff sucks and they are super money hungry. I'm glad after a short amount of time I was able to realize this and pulled my son out quickly. Sent him to a place in Eagan instead! If you want a good safe place to send your kids for a couple hundred dollars less and they actually learn something I recommend the Montessori school on lone oak rd in Eagan!
