  *DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! YOUR CHILD IS NOT SAFE HERE!* **First off, if you see the 5 star review from Brenda Lee on here, that is the director. She gave herself a 5 star review and then commented on her own review, via Kindercare's account. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The director Brenda is the most god awful human being and should not be in charge of children. When she was the assistant, to Kayla, she was written up for her 12 year old daughter watching infants unsupervised and throwing them in the air. You're paying for daycare, come to find out a 12 year old was in charge of your child. Her daughter has since been in multiple times. My daughter got a black eye with one of the teachers, Ber'Jeana, who said she didn't know how it happened. I had a talk with Brenda who told me she would be let go. She was not let go. She returned from her leave of absence as my daughters teacher. The amount of injuries my daughter has gotten here is concerning. Brenda will combine class sizes to create bigger classes for lack of staff. Save yourself the time and don't even tour.

  In the year and a half that our child has been at southwest, the center director, Ms. Brenda, has become a part of our family. We trust her and deeply appreciate the care and communication she provides our family. Ms Casey and Ms Jamie are especially wonderful teachers. The biggest priority for a parent sending their baby to school is for them to be safe and loved and we’ve found that in Ms. Brenda.

  My 18 month daughter has been going here for a few months now and she absolutely love it. The center director Kayla and assistant director Brenda give you a family feeling and are so easy to talk to and so understanding I appreciate the fact that if you have ANY issues you can come to them and with absolutely no judgment they just have their ears and arms wide open. You can feel safe with them knowing that they are the directors, you know your kids are in a safe environment. the teachers are the super hero’s . Very informative, very compassionates very kind loving individuals. The teachers are actually invested in your child. They pay attention to their needs wants likes and dislikes. They learn how to interact with your child so it makes you feel better knowing the people you dropped your kiddo off to cares about them their education and future. You know how you always wonder is this the right place for my child?can I trust them with my child? WELL THE ANSWER IS YES! I took a tour with Kayla and with in 5 minutes my husband and I looked at each other and said we had no other reason to look else where. You could feel the positive vibes just oozing through the entire establishment. Thank you all for everything you do and continue to do! See you at pick up ! :)

  I highly recommend Brenda, the Assistant Director, for her unwavering loyalty, patience, and genuine passion for children. Her consistent presence, preparedness, and big heart make her an exceptional caregiver. I confidently endorse Brenda and her team to anyone seeking quality care.

  My son went here for a few years and loved the staff and location and all the fun activities they did with him! My son loved going there too. Each teacher cares about their kids and classroom. If I have another baby, I would bring them here too! :) The manager is by far the best and truly cares about what happens in each classroom.
