We are very happy with the care our child is receiving at Primrose. He was new to daycare and the teachers were wonderful at helping him transition to a routine that was entirely new to him. We were concerned when there was a bunch of turnover in leadership and our son switching back and forth between classrooms, but with newer leadership in place his care has been consistent. Our son loves his “school” as he calls it, is thriving there, and he loves his teachers Miss Sam and Miss Anna! The teachers, leadership, and staff are kind, caring, and welcoming. Thank you Miss Sam, Miss Anna, Miss Ally, Miss Angela, Miss Danielis, and Miss Pam!

We have had our daughter at Primrose of Hugo since she was 4 months old. Our oldest, now 4, also attended before transitioning to a charter school. One thing both of our children absolutely loved was their teachers. The current staff is what truly sets this center apart from others. Even though our son no longer attends, he still asks about Mrs. Ally and the rest of his teachers, which speaks volumes about the connections they build. Ms. Faith, Ms. Emma, and Ms. Dana have supported our daughter through every stage of her development and have played a significant role in her early education. Danielis Rivera and Angela Bram are also a big part of why we’ve chosen to stay at this location. They treat parents with respect and genuinely understand the level of trust we place in them when it comes to our children’s early education. I’ve had the chance to get to know many of the teachers and staff here, and I’m incredibly grateful we found an opening for our children. If you’re looking for an early childhood education center that truly cares about your little ones, this is the place to be.

We have had our daughter at Primrose for 2 years now, 5 days a week, from baby to toddler to preschool rooms. Even with alot of industry related turnover in those 2 years, we felt she was getting the best or better care and curriculum as any other preschool/daycare facilities in our area! The staff has been wonderful. A big reason for that is this teacher, an extra special shoutout to Ms. Ally (Ally Kramer), teaches preschool at Primrose, she has really helped our daughter excel in the pursuit of knowledge and behavior, and potty training! She had every kid in her class potty trained shortly after or before turning 3! A very sweet and personable approach to her teaching, when I am sure its not always easy. Our daughter absolutely loves her and talks about her all the time, I know when its time for PreK she will be sad to leave Ms. Ally's care, as you could infer above she has had a lasting impact in some of our daughters most important phases of learning and as a curious growing toddler. We are grateful for her and she is a big reason we have decided to stay at Primrose! Can't say enough good things about Ms. Ally. THANK YOU!

We've been bringing out daughter to Primrose since fall of 2024. During that time, the team at Primrose has gone through a lot of changes, some of them difficult changes. But they have been great through it all and everything is really solid and running well now. My daughter loves her teachers there now. She often expresses she is excited to see her teachers, Miss Reba, Miss Danielis, and Miss Dejnag. She also loves to wave to Miss Faith, Miss Pam, and Miss Angela when we walk inside to her room. We've been very pleased with where Primrose is at now, the , and would recommend anyone looking for care for their littles.

The current team at primrose has been great! Ms.Sam, Ms.Anna and Ms.Ali have been consistent teachers for our kids and they look forward to going to “school” and seeing their teachers everyday! We are so grateful for the Director, Ms. Danielis. She is an amazing leader for primrose. She is consistent, nurturing and kind, positive and helpful. We are so grateful for the stability and consistency that she has provided. Everyday at pickup, our son has to make sure he gives Ms.Danielis a hug goodbye ❤️ We are also so grateful for the educational coach, Ms.Angela. She is another great leader at the school, providing consistency and guidance. It is comforting to know our kids are happy and in good hands at primrose.
