  We are so incredibly grateful for the 5 years our son was able to spend at Kindercare - Marketplace! We felt proud everyday to bring him to a well kept facility with such a great education program taught by wonderful teachers in every room.The Center Director, Kristin, as well as all of the staff at this location did a phenomenal job raising our son from an infant to a pre-kindergartner. We would not change a thing about our experience and highly recommend this Kindercare location to anyone seeking childcare.

  We are very glad we chose this Kindercare for our kids. There is a healthy variety of foods offered for meals and snacks. The kids love the playgrounds and the big gym, it is great for letting their energy out. The teachers are great and respond to individual child needs. The learning curriculum is top notch, it is like a school. The director is friendly and responds to any questions or concerns quickly. Would definitely recommend this center.

  Our son has been attending Marketplace KinderCare in Champlin since he was just 6 months old, and now, at 5 years old, we are preparing to say goodbye as he transitions to kindergarten. I was incredibly hesitant at first, about trusting anyone else with my baby, but over the last 5 years KinderCare has exceeded my every expectation. Reflecting on these past five years, we couldn’t be more grateful for the care, support, and learning environment KinderCare has provided. From the very beginning, the teachers and staff made us feel like family. The toddler and infant rooms were nurturing and attentive, giving us peace of mind during those early years. As our son grew, each classroom brought new opportunities for him to learn, explore, and develop important social skills. Communication has always been clear and consistent. We appreciated the regular updates, photos, and feedback from teachers, which helped us feel connected to our son’s day, even when we couldn’t be there. My child loves his teachers, and can't leave each day without giving the center director, Kristin, a hug. KinderCare has truly been such an important place for our family. The friendships he’s made, the values he’s learned, and the joyful memories will stay with him for years to come. We wholeheartedly recommend KinderCare to any parent looking for a safe and loving environment for their child.

  Little to nothing is done to correct issues (e.g. repeat biters) at this center. We disenrolled our child after 12 weeks due to safety concerns. Several months later, our experience still upsets me.

  We were referred to Marketplace KinderCare by another family after we had a not-so-great experience at another daycare center in the area. When I called Marketplace and spoke to Kristin, the Director, to see if they had any openings for our 4 month old daughter, I immediately knew this was the place for our family. She was very personable, friendly, and open with all of my questions and concerns I had. The first day of drop-off was a breeze, as we were welcomed with open arms, not only from the staff and teachers, but also other families. The staff and teachers are beyond amazing with how they teach and care for the children, as well as keeping the parents up-to-date on everything happening in the classrooms and at the center. Our daughter absolutely lights up every time we drop her off for the day, which keeps my worries at bay, knowing she is in a safe daycare center. She has grown in so many ways, and we attribute that to the structured, fun, and caring learning environment she is in.
