  We have been bringing our sweet babe here since she's been old enough to attend, and we absolutely love it! It has been a terrifying experience learning to leave her in the care of other people, and Dina and all of the teachers at our Burnsville KinderCare have alleviated all of that for us - from the app photos and check-ins, to the genuine love and care they show us every day, we are 100% happy with them and would 6 out of 5 stars hands down recommended!!!

  I’ve had such a long history with this center my kids have gone here, my friends’ kids have gone here, and I even have friends who attended as children themselves. In so many ways, this place feels like family, and it always has. I’ve always appreciated the care here, but I especially want to recognize Dina. She came in and hit the ground running, truly doing everything she can and turning lemons into lemonade every single day she’s built for this and not everyone is. Mr. Taylor and Ja'Nyhia need I say more ? We love them so much! Those three have made such a huge impact. Honestly, I don’t know where I’d be without them. My youngest has level 3 autism and is nonverbal, and I don’t trust just anyone with him but I trust them completely. The love, patience, and consistency they show him means everything to me. They’ve created a real sense of family at this center, and it shows in everything they do. They all truly deserve raises.

  My sonshine has been attending this center for roughly 4 years now. As a new mom and single mom… I was very nervous about sending my baby to a daycare at such a young age. Mrs. Dawn (the center director) made me feel so comfortable and secure. She always listened to my concerns and handled them with urgency/ care. She has always been very transparent about everything especially with any illness circling. She has been such a wonderful support system along with her staff. I truly enjoy this center and appreciate how much Mrs. Dawn does to not only keep our babies safe but to offer a support to the parents as well! If I could give 6 stars I would!

  Every is sweet and easy toto work with in the beginning, but if you EVER bring up a concern and want to just talk about it, the "more experience" safe will play the blame game and immediately get defensive. The director and assistant director are always running around with their heads cut off due to LOW staffing. (Assistant director does not know the answer to ANY questions you have.) During the summer, they hire unlicensed staff. One who turned their back on my crying child on the floor multiple times for at least 20 mins until she was swelling from crying so much. They also "lost" 3 checks they already deposited and I had to go out of MY way to price to them I paid and THEY CASHED IT. Serious concerns at this place and it should be looked into by corporate.
