  The teachers are so attentive to the needs of the children, my son was upset Friday when he was picked up from school. They know that my son loves the muffins they serve and so one of the teachers sent him home with 1 muffin for every day over the weekend 3 total in a ziplock bag and on the bag they wrote a special note for him and when I tell you he was so excited. It’s the little things like this that make a difference in the experience.

  My daughter has been attending KinderCare Learning Centers on Brooklyn Blvd for the past five years, and our family has had an amazing experience. She absolutely loves going to daycare and has built such wonderful relationships with the teachers and staff. I especially appreciate how dedicated Ms. Shamilia and Ms. Tonya are to making sure every family has a positive experience. They truly care about the children and always make sure we feel supported. Anytime I have had a concern, they addressed it right away and made me feel heard. The staff creates a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow. It is bittersweet that my daughter will be heading off to school this fall. We are so sad to leave because this center has been such an important part of her early years. I am incredibly grateful for all the love, care, and support they have provided to our family over the years. Highly recommend this center to any parent looking for quality childcare!

  They are wonderful with my kids and I just love how they treat my family and other families that attend there I am grateful to have a center in our neighborhood that really cares about their family that attend their center

  HIGHLY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!!! They let children sit in their own urine for HOURS if they have accidents, and turn around and call you a bad parent. There is a teacher that yells extremely loud at the children scaring them on a daily basis. She also makes kids cry!!! You can hear her as soon as you walk in the door. They pressure parents to give reviews when their children first start attending because they need good reviews. Kids spit & hit on other children and when you bring it up to staff, they ask You “what do you want them to do about it?” Thats it, not I’ll talk to them and their parent, nothing at all, Although they are responsible for your children while they are in the care of the children. The cook and front office staff sits in the office talking about parents & children everyday during pick up, and just stares at people coming for pick up. Sometimes they speak to you, other times they won’t acknowledge you. When you give your two week notice, be very cautious!!!! They will try to fight you in front of your children, other parents, and the children that they care for inside of the building. Then they try to find an excuse to turn the situation on you so they can terminate your childcare the same day you put your two week notice in. Also if they don’t have enough food for your children after school, your child won’t have a snack! If I could give no stars I would. Also it stinks, it smells like animals are inside the building, and there are no animals. Not much diversity at all! There are so many things this daycare could do to change or prevent things and they don’t care to. They ask for opinions and take absolutely none in consideration. Just Horrible!!! They need to do better for the children, they deserve the best care while outside of their parents care!!

  They seem like its more about the money then the kids. They where so unprofessional with communication and I didnt want that around my kids. Found somewhere better for my kids and they love it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very poor at communicating.
