Run, dont walk away from this daycare. Many staff have not had background checks, aren't trained in what to do in emergency situations, the lead teachers of certain rooms aren't licensed. Half of the teachers havent conpleted their trainings to work in a daycare. Teachers have physically hurt students who "aren't behaving" and we're not terminated. My own child was hit by the lead teacher when he was in the young preschool room (this teacher was eventually fired after hitting my child and his blanket coming home with blood on it with no explonation, among other things....), my child witnessed physical abuse in the preschool 1 room. A child choked on a pacifier in a crib because teachers werent paying attention and an ambulance had to be called and the child rushed to the hospital. This daycare often deviates from their own policies and procedures outlined in their own handbooks given when you enroll. Teachers often leave the students unattended or only with one teacher during breaks and lunch time. Since attending this daycare, there have been THREE different directors and often gaps in between with an interim director from another location. None of them stay long once they realize all the things wrong with this place. Feel free to check out all the violations and special investigation reports on LARA. They're very helpful in decision-making when it comes to finding the right daycare for your child. This place definitely isnt it and you will be filled with regret sending your child here.

This place is under investigation with the state for multiple violations and physically disciplining the kids. They have more teachers resigning that they can possibly keep up with hiring new ones, for the month of June they had 5 teacher resigned and one terminated. Ever since the director left late 2025 they already went through 3 different directors and can’t keep the teachers for whatever reason, I have never seen such a high turn around of teachers from one class. But Asia (assistant director) Kendra and Antoniette do a really good job at covering for each other and being eye witnesses every time there is an incident. So I will not trust my dog here let alone my child

I have been taking my kids to this daycare for years. I love the staff as they do greet you every time you come in, when they see you. My youngest didn’t like going at first because he was going through withdrawals of wanting to stay with his momma all the time so I knew it wasn’t the teachers. But eventually he grew to live them and enjoyed playing with most of the kids. But kids are kids so accidents will happen regardless which daycare you take your kids to, especially when there are issues between two kids. I don’t blame the teachers as they always handle the situations when it happen and they don’t play favorites. It is Christian base so they will teach Christian values. This daycare has been a blessing for me and my kids. So I highly recommend this daycare.

My child attended this daycare center for 11 months. At the beginning, everything seemed fine. However, as the number of children in the group increased, it became clear that my child was no longer receiving adequate attention or care. The situation worsened after a new teacher joined the group. Unfortunately, she appeared to have no experience working with children, which resulted in constant chaos in the classroom. Instead of addressing the issues professionally, the staff frequently blamed my child for problems that occurred. I cannot speak for other daycare centers, but based on our experience, I would not recommend this one to other parents. Additionally, the center charged us in advance even though my child was no longer attending. We were told that the money would be refunded, but this never happened.

Absolutely the worst schooling experience for me and my family. We had hope of a good experience but we received the opposite. What started out as nice turn completely sour. came for a tour. I got showed her classroom and given a packet to complete. I’m thinking it’s more to it no. Got a call a few weeks later for her to come. We began, no cdc papers were given. After i told her that she was covered. They said after 60 hrs it’s a scholarship to cover the rest of her hours. The paper was given to me to turn in to cdc WEEKS later. Filled out with the WRONG start date by the assistant. By this time the bill is high and cdc is confused on why your paperwork is late and wrong and my baby is suspended. Terrible experience with Kindercare. 1/10 recommended I tried working with them to get my baby hours paid and her back and school but the emails got rude and they stopped answering the phones even though they switched her classroom and kept her in the system. Save the headache and go to a school that actually care. NOT HERE.
