They answered every question I had and made sure I understood the skills, not just memorized them. I walked in feeling discouraged because I always thought I wouldn’t be good at CPR, but by the end of the class I felt confident, prepared, and honestly proud of myself. The hands‑on practice made a huge difference, and the instructor created a comfortable learning environment.
