  Here’s a warm, heartfelt, and polished review that captures your family’s experience while remaining concise and genuine. Our family has been a part of the KinderCare Novi family since our daughter was just 8 months old, and now, as she is about to turn 4, we couldn’t be more grateful for the love, care, and support she has received throughout her journey. A special thank you to Ms. Pam, Ms. Jada, Ms. Tori who welcomed us with open arms when we first joined the infant program. Teachers not only helped our daughter adjust but also gave us, as first-time parents, the confidence and reassurance we needed during such an emotional transition. Every classroom transition has been a positive experience, helping our daughter grow from a shy little girl with stranger anxiety into a kind, confident, caring, and curious child. We would especially like to thank Ms. Ruth, Ms. Fiona, Ms. Jada, Ms. Tori and Ms. Skylar for the incredible care and patience they showed during each classroom transition. Whenever our daughter found it difficult to move into a new class, they went above and beyond to make her feel safe, comfortable, and excited about the change. Their warmth, encouragement, and genuine care helped turn those challenging moments into smooth transitions, and we truly appreciate the positive impact they had on her confidence. She absolutely loves the engaging activities, hands-on learning experiences, art, painting, cooking, and all the opportunities to build new skills every day. We are incredibly thankful to all the wonderful teachers who have played such an important role in her growth and development. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Pam, Ms. Resna, Ms. Ruth, Ms. Sabrina, Ms. Fiona, Ms. Olga, Ms. Skylar, Ms. Lavanya, Ms. Priya, Ms. Milani, Ms. Maya, Ms. Samaya, Ms. Kim, Ms. Kathy, Ms. Jada, Ms. Tori, and many other teachers whose names I may have missed over the years (My daughter helps me recalling the names of teachers every time 😊). Each of you has contributed to shaping our daughter into the amazing little person she is today, and for that, we will always be grateful. The entire KinderCare Novi team has created a nurturing, safe, comfortable and joyful environment where children can truly thrive. We are proud to be part of this wonderful community and wholeheartedly recommend KinderCare Novi to any family looking for a caring place to begin their child’s learning journey.   We had a wonderful experience with Novi KinderCare. My daughter attended the Pre-K program, and we are very happy with the care and support she received. The teachers are kind, patient, and truly dedicated to helping children learn and grow in a safe and welcoming environment. A special thanks to Ms. Minakhi for her exceptional care, guidance, and encouragement. She always made sure my daughter felt comfortable and supported, and we appreciate all the effort she put into her development.   We enrolled our son, Yash, in the GSRP Preschool Program at Novi KinderCare, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From day one, the teachers and staff created a warm, caring, and supportive environment that helped him learn, grow, and thrive. A special thank you to Ms. Sunayana, Ms. Maya, and Ms. Kathy for their dedication and care. They consistently put great effort into teaching the children new skills and concepts each week while recognizing and supporting each child's individual learning pace and abilities. Beyond the classroom, the entire staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in the well-being of the children. It gave us great peace of mind knowing our son was in such capable and caring hands every day.   This place is amazing. I felt safe and comfortable enough to leave my baby here while I was at work. She did fun activities, got to socialize with other babies. The teachers and staff were amazing made my baby feel at home. When I first walked in the building I as a parent felt at ease, I knew it was the perfect place for my baby. Highly recommend!!

  We absolutely love Kindercare! I truly feel at ease every day knowing my kids are in such good hands. The teachers are all so kind, patient, and genuinely caring — it’s clear how much they love what they do. My kids are happy, comfortable, and excited to be there, which says everything.
