You really can’t ask for more with Primrose of Jenison! It’s state of the art, has great leadership, and such loving teachers. Ms. Bradi and Ms. Katie are top notch! The care they take with the kids radiates in everything they do. We are so happy we chose Primrose and would absolutely recommend it to a friend.

We couldn't be happier with the care our son has received at Primrose. I am truly shocked at how consistent they are at providing a calm, positive environment every day he attends. He is greeted by name by the owner upon walking through the entrance, and then again by his teachers. I feel like everyone really gets to know each child and has a solid grasp on their quirks and personalities; I will occasionally get funny or sweet stories about what he did that day at pickup. I also get plenty of pictures throughout the day of him playing and smiling. They do a fantastic job here of having a full schedule of activities and a wide variety of food for them to eat. The teachers always seem happy and relaxed which I know helps put the children at ease. As a caregiver myself I would not feel comfortable sending my child somewhere I felt the staff was burned out- there is no need to worry here.
Our son has been enrolled for 2 months part time and is adjusting quite well. When he started, he was experiencing a lot of separation anxiety at drop off but is doing better every day he goes. Shout out to Kayla for always being there to hold him and help him settle in. I know he is in great hands.
I highly recommend Primrose for anyone considering their options. We feel very lucky to have them as part of our village and I've been nothing but impressed by our experience so far.

We have had such a wonderful experience with this daycare with both of our children—one currently in the infant program and the other now entering preschool. From day one, the staff made us feel welcomed—they knew our names, genuinely cared about our family, and consistently went above and beyond to support each of our children’s growth, development, and happiness.
The teachers and staff create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can thrive. Our preschooler has built meaningful friendships, enjoys their teachers, and looks forward to going each day, while our infant receives attentive, loving care that gives us complete peace of mind. It is clear that the team is passionate about what they do and dedicated to helping each child reach their full potential.
What stands out most is the partnership they build with families. They are always open to feedback, communication, and collaboration. When challenges arise, they approach conversations with care and professionalism, working together with parents to find solutions that put the child first. That level of openness gives us confidence and reassurance that our children are valued, heard, and cared for.
We are incredibly grateful for the patience, support, and genuine investment this team has shown our family. Knowing our children are safe, loved, and encouraged to grow each day is priceless. We highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a place where children truly come first.
