We absolutely love Primrose Schools and specifically the incredible team at Primrose School of Canton. We started our journey in 2024 when our oldest joined the Preschool Pathways program, and now she is thriving in Preschool and getting ready to start Pre-K this fall. This spring, we also enrolled our two youngest in the Early Learning program, and the experience has been amazing from day one.
The teachers and staff are responsive, caring, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth and well-being. My kids are excited to go to school every day, which says everything as a parent. The balance of learning, structure, and nurturing they provide has given us so much confidence that our children are in the best environment possible.
We are so grateful for the positive impact Primrose has had on our family and highly recommend them to any parent looking for a warm, engaging, and supportive school community!

This facility is not well equipped to handle neurodivergent or 2e children. If your child has developmental delays or behavior issues, do not attend this school. Like other reviews state, the default solution for misbehavior is sending a student home. For working parents this is not always an option. When we chose this school for our child, we were told that his special needs were something they were able to handle. This was not our experience. Every slight misbehavior was a phone call home and a request to be picked up. This only reinforces the bad behavior and it continues. We provided extensive evaluations of our child from a psychologist and pediatrician and none of their recommendations were taken into consideration by the school or any leadership. As other families have stated, requests for more information about incidents were met with AI generated responses, canned responses, or no response at all. Requests for meetings with leadership went unanswered until I stated that we were seeking legal council. Our child was also unenrolled without warning after stating we had spoken to an attorney, which was clearly retaliatory. Please consider other options for your child.

Primrose is one of those places that you can just trust from day one! You never have to second guess or wonder if your child is getting the care that they need. Our daughter has such a wonderful time at daycare and we wouldn’t consider anywhere else!

As a parent and as someone who sees the heart behind this school every day, I can confidently say that Primrose School of Canton is truly exceptional.
From the moment you walk through the doors, you feel the difference. The teachers are caring, professional, and deeply invested in each child’s growth—not just academically, but socially and emotionally as well. The classrooms are thoughtfully designed, the curriculum is engaging, and the environment is safe, nurturing, and positive.
What stands out most is the leadership. The director and leadership team set a tone of excellence, compassion, and accountability that flows through the entire school. Families are genuinely cared for, communication is clear and consistent, and children are known as individuals—not numbers.
It’s clear this school is driven by purpose, integrity, and a true love for children and education. If you’re looking for a place where your child will be supported, challenged, and celebrated, I couldn’t recommend Primrose School of Canton more highly.
