I sent my child here for over a year and the entire time there was inconsistent staffing, they would close certain rooms, letting you know less than 24 hours in advance so you have to scramble for childcare while the staff would say "this has been planned, we've been rotating the rooms that are closed", the staff was nice for the most part but their GSRP program was a disaster. I have never in my life had so many issues since allowing my child to attend here. Please, find a better place! Somewhere safe for your kids.

They’d randomly tell us our kids couldn’t go that day due to understaffing, etc. Today we had someone reach out from corporate about a refund because we overpaid in 2022. We’re glad someone higher up noticed this oversight, but are frustrated all over again by this place.
