- KWKayla WheelerJan 31, 20255.0This is the first year I brought my kids to any kind of daycare facility and I can honestly say I am very impressed they aren't just a daycare facility they treat everyone like family and my kids love going to daycare everyday love everyone that works at kindercare I can't put it into words as to how much we love this kindercare and how much we love the workers
- DSDeborah StickleFeb 23, 20241.0I have tried since September of 2023 to get my 4 year old transferred to this Kindercare location. Between myself and my mother we have called and called and called and every single time we were told that my daughter would be added to a wait list. The first time we were told there would be openings November or December 2023. After not hearing back at the beginning of November as well as the middle and end of November we were told there would be availability December-January and this time they PROMISED my daughter was at the top of the call back list. Not a single contact from them since I first reached out in September 2023. Thankfully my mom has a job that allows her some flexibility and she spent most days since we were told they would contact us attempting to get in contact with someone there and/or being told someone would get back to us ASAP and that again, my daughter was top of the list if any spots opened up. It's now the end of February 2024 and I still have not been contacted by this location. I've given up on even trying with this location anymore. Every time we contacted them the management had changed so not a single person remembered my situation. I highly highly advise against enrolling or attempting to enroll your child here.
