  The staff here is amazing, my son has been here for a year and we've had 0 issues, my son loves his teachers! I was very nervous at first bringing him to a daycare for the first time (hard to trust folks these days) after a whole year I have nothing but great things to say about it

  We started at this location when service was consolidated during COVID for essential workers and are SO GRATEFUL. We loved the staff so much we decided to stay once all centers opened. They have consistently provided dedicated care and valuable learning for our child. They're transparency during the pandemic and dedication to CDC guidelines has kept our family healthy and safe during this time. We would recommend kindercare, but specifically the West River location, to anyone.

  My daughter loves going to Kindercare every day. They treat us like family, keep us informed and most importantly provide quality care for my daughter.

  We were with another child care facility for over 5 years and had to make the decision to leave. I called KinderCare and they were able to help me out immediately, welcomed our children with open arms. I can see how much our kids like going by how well drop off goes. Normally when dropping them off at daycare, it was a fight and full of tears. At KinderCare they just walk in with no problem and seem to be happy to be there, this makes it so easy for the Mom guilt we all experience leaving our kids. I would highly recommend KinderCare to any family.

  My daughter started in the infant 1 room about a month ago, and I am very happy with the care she is receiving! Miss Desiree and Miss Darcie have made the transition so much easier for our family. I was very anxious about starting, and Miss Desiree and Miss Darcie have gone above and beyond to get to know our baby and her needs. They do such a great job of keeping us parents updated throughout the day (via the app) on how and what she is doing. When I pick my baby up, she is happy and well cared for. Thank you to the other staff members that have also been in our babies room and care for her. I also am thankful to Nicole who has been available at at point to answer my numerous questions and put me at ease prior to starting. Thank you all!
