  My daughter has attended Auburn Hills KinderCare for the past four years, and we could not be happier with the services they provide. The teachers and staff are phenomenal at this location. My daughter has grown so much socially and academically, and I have no doubt she is now ready to make the transition to kindergarten in the fall. They say it takes a village to raise a child, and I am so glad to have been part of this one.

  I could not ask for more out of a childcare facility! My son started in the infant room at 5 months old and as hard as it is to leave your child with someone else, the teachers here made me feel so comfortable and confident that my son would be safe and happy. Communication here is top notch. I get updates and pictures on the app, via phone call, and email. When I call, no matter who I speak with, that person knows who I am, who my son is, and what is currently going on with my son and his classroom. I truly feel like the staff (the teachers, the directors, even the lunch lady!) loves and cares for my son. Our wonderful experience carried over into the toddler room. Upon arrival our son literally runs to his teacher/classroom - that's how much he loves being here! We see him growing and developing everyday as a result of the love and attention he is given in his classroom. The facility, even before COVID procedures, was always clean and welcoming. I could not be happier with our decision to send our son here - I highly recommend it!

  My wife and I love this place. Caregivers treat our children very well here and I am glad that we are a part of this location’s community. I like how children progress from classroom to classroom as they grow and will mostly remain with the same group of kids. One of the things I appreciate most about this place is the diversity of the staff as well as the other families that choose this KinderCare to provide daycare/pre-school to their children. Even with all of the changes the pandemic has brought about, I still feel this place is dependable. Their ability to communicate changes in policy is timely and useful, and there is also an app they use where you get updates daily as well as pictures.

  Sadly my daughter only got to spend a few months here due to the COVID pandemic but our experience from signing up to current has been great. The staff cares so much about each child and their families. Everyone is very friendly and the facility is always clean and inviting. Also, whenever you have questions or concerns the staff is quick to respond.

  So happy we chose KinderCare Auburn Hills to care for and teach our children! The staff is phenomenal and great with communication! My almost three year old LOVES going to school already. I am excited we get to be a part of the center's family for a few more years.
