  We’ve had an incredible experience with our child’s daycare at Kindercare Ann Arbor—the infant and toddler teachers quickly became some of our daughter’s favorite people. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care have meant so much to our family over the past year and a half. The administration has been consistently kind and communicative, and the whole center seems to truly love what they do. Would recommend!

  I can't emphasize enough how excellent the staff are that work here. They have provided a loving and educational environment for my son over the last 4.5 years. He is set up to succeed in Kindergarten but it will be hard for him to leave all the loving teachers he's had over the years. If I could I would give 10 stars.

  We had an absolutely wonderful 3 years with the Ann Arbor KinderCare for both of our boys. The teachers are phenomenal and truly loved our kids like their own. Faith & Keyante (the two center directors) had excellent communication with families and were great to work with. We are moving out of state this weekend and both myself and the teachers cried as we said goodbye, which I think is the best testament to how much we loved it there and how much they cared for our family! We will miss everyone at this center so very much and highly recommend it to anyone looking for childcare!

  We attended the Ann Arbor KinderCare for the last 2 years, since my son was just a few months old until he was about 2.5 years old. We had a wonderful daycare experience and are sad to leave (moving states to be closer to family). His teachers and the directors have become family to us and we will miss them so, so much. A high recommendation for any Ann Arbor family looking for childcare! A few highlights: 1. Teacher consistency: during our 2 years there, only one teacher left (moved to be closer to family). Otherwise, the teachers in each room were consistent and there was always a familiar face. They add teachers to each room to help with the ratio of children. Faith (director) does a great job at alerting parents and helping introduce any new faces. 2. Growth and development: worked with our son to help him walk (late walker, 18 mo) and his language skills grew tremendously with their help. 3. Communication: app is great and teachers are phenomenal about updating throughout the day so you can see what your child is doing, if they ate lunch, how long they napped, etc. The front office messages parents when needed (ie internet down) or if there is a schedule change. 4. Infant room: I was a first time mom leaving my baby which came with a lot worrying. The infant teachers were great at helping with breast milk bottles, sleep, etc. To this day, my son loves still seeing his infant room teachers which shows how much love and care they give each child. 5. Very clean and up to date on childcare center codes. 6. Fun activities for the kids: live animals, magic shows, water days each week in the summer, halloween parties, mother's day bagels, firetrucks, ice cream trucks all included in tuition. 7. Lastly, they all know each child by name. Our son is on the shy side and very sensitive, particularly in new environments. Faith and Keyante kept this in mind and eased his transition to "the big kid room". We cannot thank them enough for always helping any way they can!

  Our daughter came here from 6-14 months old. We had a great experience. The staff and director are just lovely. The facility is thoughtful and well maintained. I love that they encourage plenty of tummy time and play outside. They are very safety conscious and their curriculum promotes learning through play. They are very supportive of parents and have generous hours. The app to communicate with staff and see cute pictures of your kid works well and is pretty intuitive. I can’t say enough good things. 5/5 - would recommend 👍🏻
