Primrose was an amazing partner to our family, and my son loved his time there. Each of his teachers was thoughtful and caring, and it was always a joy to walk in the building. Everyone knew his name and warmly said hello! Big shout out to Ms. Reyes for providing such consistent care and wisdom in the toddler room. The daily lessons felt well thought out and age-appropriate, and they were great about sending pictures during the day. Not having to pack snacks and lunch was an incredible help with two working parents. My mom ran a daycare for most of her career, and when she came for Grandparents Day she raved about what a fantastic environment it is. My son had outside therapists coming into the classroom during his time there, and the admin staff were incredibly organized and helpful in navigating that. They were always knowledgeable and quick to reply. There's turnover like at any daycare, but they always kept us in the loop when it happened, and I'd much rather they take longer to find the right person than rush and end up with the wrong one. One of the reasons I chose Primrose in the first place was that it seemed to genuinely invest in the people doing the hard work in the classroom (day one benefits, pay in the upper local range). Childcare somehow manages to be both wildly expensive and a field where the people doing the work are criminally underpaid. I wanted to feel confident that the people taking care of my son were also being taken care of, and that seemed like the case here. What mattered most to me was knowing my son was going somewhere he'd be cared for, nurtured, safe, and challenged. Primrose was exactly that, and we're very grateful to everyone there.

We've had an incredible experience with Primrose School of Woburn. Our son started here when he was just 4 months old, and now at 3 years old, we've had the privilege of watching him learn, grow, and develop every step of the way. The curriculum has been a huge part of that growth, and it's clear how much thought and care goes into creating a positive learning environment. The teachers and staff have always been easy to communicate with, and we've truly felt like partners in raising and supporting our son. They take the time to listen, share updates, and genuinely care about each child's success. From day one, we've felt welcomed by the entire community, and that feeling has never changed. One thing that really stands out is that they are always looking for ways to improve. They don't settle for "good enough" and are constantly finding new ways to make the experience even better for the children and families. We couldn't be happier with our decision, and if we're fortunate enough to have another child, there is no question they would attend Primrose School of Woburn as well. We highly recommend it to any family looking for a caring, supportive, and engaging place for their children.

Highly recommend! Every teacher at this school is incredibly kind, caring, and supportive. We have been here more than two years. My son has always felt happy, comfortable, and safe here, which means so much to us as parents. The entire school team are also wonderful—everyone is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help whenever we have questions or need assistance. We also participated in the kindergarten program, and it has been an amazing experience. My son learned so much throughout this school year. Before kindergarten, he could only write his name, but by the end of the program, he was confidently writing complete sentences and had developed a real love for writing. One of the highlights of the kindergarten program was the weekly themed projects. They were creative, engaging, and so thoughtfully designed. My son enjoyed them every week, and honestly, I learned a lot from them as a parent as well. We are truly grateful for such a nurturing and inspiring environment. I highly recommend this school to any family looking for a place where children can learn, grow, and feel genuinely cared for.

We have been with Primrose School of Woburn for over three years and both our kids.Leaving your children for the day is always hard but knowing that they are loved and cared for by the PSOW teachers and staff makes it a lot easier. Our oldest thrived here and was well ahead of her peers when she started public kindergarten. When we considered our childcare options for our second, we had no hesitation in choosing PSOW again. Both our children have food allergies and everyone is extremely careful and cautious. Chef Angel’s cooking is very popular with the kids. All the teachers our children have had have been phenomenal and the staff are very considerate and caring. We love being a part of the PSOW family!
