  We currently have two children enrolled at Westborough Knowledge Beginnings, and we truly cannot say enough positive things about our experience. Both of our children started in Miss Sarah and Miss Missy’s infant classroom, and from day one they made us feel comfortable leaving our babies in their care. Our youngest is always excited to see them each morning, and the updates and photos we receive throughout the day show just how happy and well cared for she is. Leaving an infant is never easy, but they have made that transition so much easier for our family. We have also had a wonderful experience in the toddler program. Our oldest excitedly shouts “school!” every time we pull into the parking lot—and even gets upset when we drive by without stopping. He has learned so much, and we are incredibly grateful to Miss Lakshmi and the entire toddler team for creating such a wonderful environment. Lastly, we are especially thankful for Bree. Earlier this year, our family needed to make some unexpected scheduling changes, and Bree went above and beyond to help accommodate our needs. She was responsive, supportive, and genuinely cared about helping our family during a stressful time. As parents, there is nothing more important than knowing your children are safe, happy, and cared for. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found that at Westborough Knowledge Beginnings and are so grateful to the entire team for everything they do for our family.

  My kid has been attending KB for 2 years and we couldn’t be happier!! He gets all love and smiles from his teachers, they are amazing at communicating and meeting his needs. They were amazing helping us on the potty training process, supportive of his health needs, and he’s been learning so much. He speaks highly of his teachers and is always so excited to see them every morning.

  My 4 month old is in the infant program at knowledge beginnings. The teachers are very attentive and her schedule is followed. She is taken from my arms and is all smiles for Miss Talya. She loves sitting with Miss Ellen while playing with the other babies, and Miss Kathy is the most dedicated infant teacher I have met. She loves cuddles with Miss Melissa and Miss Sarah when with them. I have witnessed toys being sanitized and a never ending cycle of teachers cleaning up toys and babies following pulling them out again, which tells me the room and toys are clean. The updates through out the day on the app gives me peace of mind while I am at work. At pick up time shes all smiles and clean. The director, Miss Bree is the best. She knew I was worried about putting my young infant into daycare so early made me anxious and she promised everything would be fine and it definitely has been. I have peace of mind while I am at work and my baby is being well taken care of when I am not around. Thank you for loving my baby like she's your own❤️

  Dangerous, negligent, traumatizing: Knowledge Beginnings. I have waited a full year to post this review as I keep thinking about my experience with Kindercare Knowledge Beginnings. My spouse and I met with the new director multiple times while carrying and while postpartum, and she assured us of the quality of care and dedication we would receive. She invited me to join my child's infant class and observe so I can feel better in the transition to care. My baby was about six months old at the time of this review. What I saw was shocking: Over the course of two days, the infant classroom multiple times had nine babies in the room, despite it only being allowed to have seven. Despite there supposed to be two primary teachers and a substitute for breaks/lunches, in the course of 10 hours of observation over two days, I saw at least eight people taking care of the infants demonstrating no consistency of care and breaking the promises the Director offered. Worse was the lack of care of the infants. I saw newborns that were maybe 8 weeks to 12 weeks in cribs screaming bloody murder for over 40 minutes in full direct sun. Sometimes an aid would come over and say "shh shh shh" to these newborns but would not actually pick them up. It was so awful. I had the app in the room where teachers were supposed to log feeds, changes, sleep. I watched as they logged sleep and food that never happened. I was in the room!! They knew I was there! I had struggled to get my EBF baby to take a bottle which the daycare knew and we had specially communicated with the director. Yet in front of me, I watched my baby attempt to drink a bottle, and then the caregiver would stop and get distracted with another baby, put down my breast milk bottle and my baby, and then another person take over trying to feed my baby while never looking at their face! They were so distracted. This happened multiple times to my breastmilk was no longer warm and it took over 90 min. Obviously my baby didn't eat. I watched extremely small infants being literally right at the door and being stepped over by adults. Babies with bright green mucus (not a little sick, very sick) in the room and ignored. Feedings were missed, changing were late, babies were screaming. I watched older infants who could eat solids being placed at a table to eat and no adult watching them while they ate. These were babies under a year old allowed to eat alone, and one even had steak. The daycare didn't have the staff or time to make sure all of the infants got care they deserved. They should have stopped taking infants until the staff could handle the ones they have and back fill the room to make sure enough coverage to make sure all the babies were good before bringing the staffing levels down to the state legal limit. None of this even talks about actual care or education or play for the infants. This was not happening. The older infants were bored and neglected, the younger ones were neglected. Utterly unacceptable. After this experience I told everyone I knew to never use KinderCare or Knowledge Beginnings, and especially to always to in person observations. We pulled our child out after two days of watching this. I still have nightmares about those newborns in those cribs screaming in the direct sunlight -- they didn't even close the blinds! Please note: we were paying about ~650/week for this honor.

  We are very happy with our experience at Knowledge Beginnings - KinderCare in Westborough. Our girls absolutely love their classes. The curriculum is engaging and well-structured, and it's clear that the staff genuinely care about the children’s growth and development. Our girls are always excited to go to school, which speaks volumes about the positive environment. We constantly hear about Miss Jessie, Miss Brianna, and Miss Mary at home, and it's wonderful to see how much they are loved and engaged with by the teachers. The director, Bree, and assistant director, Becky, are truly wonderful and incredibly easy to communicate with. They are approachable, attentive, and always willing to listen and support our family’s needs. Our older daughter recently moved up to the preschool class, and she is acclimating very well thanks to the supportive and caring teachers—Miss Sabrina, Miss Priti, and Miss Melanie. They did a fantastic job helping her transition smoothly, and we are grateful for their dedication. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the care and education provided by Knowledge Beginnings in Westborough. It's a nurturing environment where our children are thriving, and we highly recommend it.
