We couldn't be happier with our experience at Primrose School of Tewksbury. From the teachers to the administrative staff, everyone has been incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely invested in our daughter's development. Communication has been outstanding, and the Procare app makes it easy to stay connected throughout the day with updates, photos, and the ability to see how she's doing.

I have had 2 granddaughters attend Primrose - having been with them since their opening 3 years ago. As the youngest graduates P/K this week, I am overwhelmed thinking about the positive impact Primrose has had on both girls. They entered as young, shy girls and have emerged confident, compassionate, kind and with a solid academic base! They embrace learning, love to read, are curious and their minds are definitely active. When you enter the doors of Primrose in the morning you are warmly welcomed by the administrative staff who know your child and your child knows them. And then as you take your child to their classroom, the warmth and attention continues. In our three years at Primrose we have never met a teacher who we have not adored. There is so much I value about Primrose but two things that especially stand out to me are their interest and involvement in the larger community - they are modeling for the children the importance of giving back and helping others in a meaningful way. And the second is the App they use to tell you the comings and goings of the class, the goals and objectives of each lesson along with photos of your child throughout the day and at times personal messages. Check them out, you will be impressed!

We have had a wonderful experience at Primrose School of Tewksbury. The teachers and staff are incredibly caring and attentive, and it’s clear how much they genuinely care about the children and their families.
We’ve loved seeing how much our child has learned and grown since starting at Primrose. The school creates a warm, welcoming environment and does a great job balancing education with fun. Traditions like Cookie Friday make it extra special and give the kids something to look forward to each week.
One of the things that stands out most is the strong sense of community. Everyone is friendly, personable, and always welcoming at drop-off and pickup.
We truly appreciate everything the team at Primrose does and would highly recommend the school to any family looking for a nurturing and engaging environment for their child!

My two grandchildren attend here and absolutely love it. The leadership team is exceptional and truly cares about the children and their families. Everyone is always so welcoming, and the teachers even know me by name when I come for pickup, which makes it feel so warm and personal. You can tell the staff genuinely loves what they do and creates a caring, positive environment for the children. Overall, this school feels like a second home to our family. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nurturing and supportive place for their children.

My daughter began crying every morning because she didn’t want to go to school. I am a younger parent and I just thought it was normal, that she was being disobedient. I am so upset with myself for putting my daughter through that experience… I will never forgive myself 🥺
One particular day I feel like I must note.. my daughter wasn’t ready going into class. As a previous sub teacher, I said “is there anywhere else she can go until she’s ready” (mind you of my previous paragraph). The teacher, Ms. Nicole had stated in a rude manner “There is no where else you can go. You need to stay here.” In complete rage, I took my daughter, called out from WORK and took my daughter home.
This began to open my eyes. There was MANY instances of my daughter acting out as I have NEVER SEEN EVER. Extreme behaviors. Throwing, flipping tables, kicking, and hitting teachers. I am VERY BIG ON RESPECT FOR ADULTS. Never happened in the daycare before the switch to this school.
Things happened. Having to leave work to go get her, taking days off because they suspend children from daycare???? When that’s why there are daycares SO PARENTS CAN WORK. But I get it. I would not go back to a teacher if someone paid me triple.
Sorry, I had to get in detail. There’s a lot of parents that say “it’s the parents that don’t discipline their kids” AND I MOST CERTAINLY DO. I have a sister in law that helped me raise my kids with a behavioral therapist degree, masters. She’s been helping me figure it out since my daughter is born.
HERE IS THE IMPORTANT PART!!!! They recommended an evaluation on my daughter to diagnose her (which I didn’t agree with. She’s only 3/4. She doesn’t need to labeled.) I let the eval. Happen, but completely forgot about the eval from the other school. THIS DAYCARE GAVE MY DAUGHTER THE WORST POSSIBLE SCORE. this score was so bad that when you get evaluated twice and there’s such a drastic score, they PUT A FLAG ON THE CASE. I had a meeting with the therapists and her observers and they literally told me in a professional way that they are making the scores worse than they actually are.
With all the previous incidents and suspicions I pulled my daughter out and went back to her old school. IVE NEVER GOT A PHONE CALL. SHE GETS SURPRISES AND GIFTS EVERY WEEK. SHE NO LONGER CRIES BEFORE SCHOOL. LEARNS SO MUCH. My babygirl is such in a good space. Even at home she’s doing SO much better.
Do with this information as you will. My daughter is a black girl. They also judge you when you walk in. My dad is Puerto Rican and every single time he went to pick up my girls he got questioned and given a hard time. They only cater to people with MONEY that donate for better education(allegedly). But I can attest from a worker in there too.
Our time here was so strenuous on my daughter and I. This really taught me to speak up more for my daughter.
