We have a preschooler and a toddler enrolled at Primrose School of Sudbury since February 2026. The teachers and caregivers are warm, attentive, and have clearly made significant effort to get to know our two children. It was heartwarming to hear all the sweet things our daughter's teacher does for her when we were recently writing a "Happy Gram" for her teacher for Teachers' Appreciation Week! Same for our son's teacher! The curriculum seems to be well-balanced between structured learning and play. We have seen a lot of growth in our children's confidence and social skills after just three months. The facilities are spotless! Perhaps the brightest spot about Primrose School of Sudbury is the meals and snacks. They are healthy, well-thought, and have a lot of variety. We have seen our two children become less picky eaters as a result of being exposed to their peers eating the same food items at school. Overall, we would recommend Primrose School of Sudbury without hesitation!

Primrose is the best of the BEST. I have sent both of my children there since they were infants, and we have had the most wonderful experience. The facilities are unmatched, the food provided is healthy and varied, and they have very little teacher turnover. The curriculum for each age is well researched and incredibly intentional. I know that each day, my kids are not only well cared for by adults who love them, but are also truly learning, meeting milestones, and going beyond thanks to the curriculum and structure. Primrose is not just a daycare. It is a school that understands and knows early childhood. The communication is fluid and frequent, and the staff's dedication is unmatched. The school takes excellent care not only of the children, but also of the teachers. It is a happy, loving, safe place to send your children every day. There is nowhere else I would send my children during these early years.

We had a deeply upsetting experience during our first drop-off today. Despite a 2:4 teacher-to-student ratio, the staff seemed completely indifferent to our 10-week-old daughter’s needs. This was especially concerning given that the other three children were much older and more mobile. While one teacher (Julia) was busy, the second teacher, Sam, remained sitting on the floor and made zero effort to greet, acknowledge, or comfort our daughter. Even after we explicitly explained that she needed to be settled for a nap, our request was ignored. Instead of receiving the emotional support a tiny infant needs in a new environment, our daughter was simply left in a crib, confused and unsettled. In fact, my husband had to be the one to place her there because no staff member stepped in. It became clear that because our daughter wasn't "loud" or "crying" at that moment, she was simply ignored. From start to finish, the teachers never once reached out to hold or welcome our baby. It raises a terrifying question: if this is how they behave while parents are watching, how do they treat the children when no one is there? A daycare should be a place where infants feel seen and safe, not a place where they are left to fend for themselves just because they are "well-behaved." We chose to take her home immediately and will not be returning.

We made the switch to Primrose from another facility and couldn’t be happier! The teachers are excellent and our toddler is thriving. The owners are very experienced and actively involved in operations. They set high standards for safety, security, cleanliness and communication and it definitely shows! Being in a newly renovated building is also a great perk, they thought of every detail, and the on site chef is amazing. My child eats well balanced meals and loves the food (despite being picky at home!)

Loving our Primrose experience thus far! We had our daughter enrolled in another local facility, and making the move to Primrose has been night and day better. The staff are incredibly professional and kind, and excellent communicators. We've achieved real peace of mind in this new school.
