  My grandchildren have been coming to this center for years and I have ZERO complaints! The staff are all friendly, always supervising the children, and my grandchildren have learned so much! The review below me is wild to me…kids have boogers, it’s normal! Kids also can be clumsy and fall down! The teachers always contact my daughter if something happens to one of the kids and they are amazing with communication.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this daycare. My child was seriously injured while in their care, and I was never contacted or informed until much later. This is unacceptable and deeply concerning for any parent trusting others with their child’s safety. Beyond this incident, I consistently observed children with mucus running down their noses, appearing poorly maintained, and crying for long periods without comfort. Staff members were frequently on their phones instead of actively supervising or engaging with the children. Proper supervision, hygiene, and communication are basic expectations in childcare, and this facility failed in all three. I would strongly caution other parents to thoroughly research and consider these issues before enrolling their child here.

  Knowledge Beginnings North has done an amazing job teaching and caring for both of our children. The center director, and staff are welcoming, reliable, and always put the children's needs first. The center keeps us updated throughout the day with a terrific app, and they’re responsive to any questions we may have. The facility and grounds are well-maintained with ample space for the kids to play. Even after relocating to a nearby town, we chose to continue to commute to Knowledge Beginnings because of how much we like and appreciate this center. Highly recommended!

  My two-year-old son has been attending Knowledge Beginnings since he was 6 weeks old. This is an amazing place! The directors, Sabrina and Linda, are fantastic, very prompt and responsive. The teachers are amazing! My son has advanced language skills and I credit it to his teachers. Every room he grows into gets better and better. Currently he is in a room with Jessica and Gabby, whom he absolutely adores. I highly recommend for other parentS who want a superior daycare experience.

  When we became pregnant with our first child we scheduled about 10 daycare tours - we wanted the best. KB North Chelmsford was the 2nd daycare we toured and after that every single place we looked at was compared back to KB. It was our benchmark. When our daughter came early and we needed much earlier availability than we had originally told them, they made it work. Walking in there the first week we were put at ease - all of the directors and teachers are friendly and seem to know everything about your child - even the ones who were not her main teachers! It really makes us feel comfortable leaving our daughter there for the day and we never doubted she would receive the best care. After being away for a period of time we attended the annual family barbecue. Our daughter ran into the teachers' arms like nothing had changed. This place really has a loving family feel. I could not recommend it more highly.
