  I ultimately had to pull my child out of this daycare after he came home with a raised, two-inch bruise under his chin and no one at the facility could explain how it happened. That was the last straw for me. At the time, I had just become a single mother. I had recently moved to a new city with no nearby friends or family for support and was working full-time while trying to rebuild my life. I was receiving a government childcare voucher to help cover daycare costs, and this center was one of the few that accepted it. Unfortunately, I also experienced an extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional interaction with staff. While standing right in front of me, one staff member said to another, “I wish someone would pay for my childcare—must be nice.” The other replied, “Yeah, I wish I could just drop my kid off at daycare, not work, and collect a check from the government.” It was clearly directed at me and the fact that I was using a childcare voucher. The lack of accountability regarding my child’s injury, combined with the judgmental and unprofessional comments from staff, made it clear that this was not the right environment for my family. I left feeling embarrassed and ashamed, and I even cried after leaving. No parent should feel that way when seeking care for their child.

  Terrible daycare they sent my son home early with a poop in his diaper and 2 black eyes DONT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS DAYCARE THEY ARE CARELESS!!!

  Both of my children have developed strong and loving relationships with their teachers at Kindercare - at pickup my son often doesn't even want to leave :) We have been so impressed by the care and attention that the teachers give our children - Charlotte & Heidi in Toddlers, Raven, Casey & Kaitlin in Preschool, and Aurora & Karen in Infants. Karen has now had both my children go through her Infant room, and they both love her so much. We'll always be grateful for the nurturing experience at Kindercare, that allows me to focus on my job knowing my children are getting the best care. And I love all the photos on the app!

  Our daughter joined Kindercare Mansfield when she was 8 months old. I was so nervous since she is my first child but everyone from the Kindercare family made the process much easier than I expected. They are all so patient, loving and understanding. Marissa (center director) is very responsive and helped us a lot through the enrollment process. Both Miss Karen and Erin responded to my several calls during the first few weeks. They were always so reassuring and did their best to help my baby transition well. One of the challenges we faced is that my baby refused taking bottles at daycare and Miss Erin magically made her accept them. My daughter is happy to go there everyday and I am glad we chose Kindercare Mansfield.

  I love sending my daughter to KinderCare Mansfield. The staff are so welcoming. I feel confident knowing that when I drop my daughter off, she will be cared for by a staff who treat her as if she was one of their own children.
