  From the very beginning, Primrose has exceeded our expectations. What stands out most is that it truly feels like a school, not just a daycare center. The focus on learning, development, and creating a nurturing environment is evident every day. Every teacher we've encountered has been caring, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in the children. One thing we've really appreciated is that the teachers take the time to get to know all of the students—even those who aren't in their classroom—which creates such a warm and welcoming community. A special shoutout to Najae, who is one of those rare teachers who always makes a point to say hi to everyone she sees, helping make the entire school feel friendly and connected. The communication with parents has been outstanding. Whether it's daily updates, photos, or conversations at pickup, we always know how our child is doing. Most importantly, we have complete confidence that they are safe, loved, and well cared for every time we drop them off. A special thank you to Mrs. Nancy and Grace for the incredible care they provided in the infant classroom. As first-time parents, leaving our baby was a huge milestone, and they made the transition so much easier with their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine love for the children. We also can't say enough great things about Mrs. Stephanie and Margarita in the toddler classroom. Their communication with parents is exceptional, and they show so much patience, care, and encouragement with the kids every day. It's clear how much they enjoy what they do, and it shows in the relationships they've built with the children. Primrose has made sending our first child to daycare so much easier than we ever imagined, and we're incredibly grateful that they'll also have a place for our newborn. We couldn't recommend Primrose more highly to families looking for a safe, caring, and educational environment for their children.

  Primrose school of Canton at Blue Hills has been very good to me and my family. My child loves going there and has made many friends. The teachers are very kind and really seem to care about the kids. Janki ,the center manager, has really gone out of her way to help us out and welcome us into the primrose community. Thank you guys so much!

  After relocating to Massachusetts nearly two years ago, we began searching for a preschool that was academically strong, nurturing, and safe for our child. We quickly realized that Primrose School was the perfect fit. From day one, the entire staff has been kind, communicative, and genuinely caring not only towards our child, but to our entire family. That level of support has made a meaningful difference in our experience. We are incredibly grateful to be part of the Primrose community and can’t thank the administrative staff, wonderful teachers, and support team members enough for making our family feel so welcome!

  We had a wonderful experience with Primrose! We truly appreciated the dedicated teachers who consistently showed up for our son with care, patience, and encouragement. He thrived during his time there, built wonderful connections with his peers, and grew both academically and socially. He started at Primrose in preschool and recently graduated from Pre-K. We are so grateful for the positive foundation the school helped provide and highly recommend Primrose to other families!

  I only wish zero star ratings were possible. Unfit leadership failed to keep children safe from physical harm. Some wonderful teachers but many are leaving due to unsafe environment, poor communication and complete disregard for the wellbeing of children. From the period of September 2025 through June 2026, we repeatedly raised concerns regarding our son’s safety and well-being. Incidents escalated from bathroom privacy supervision to a classmate's violent language and severely inappropriate physical incidents causing our immediate withdrawal of two children. Our concerns were raised numerous times through emails, conversations, and meetings with teachers and leadership over many months. There were many teachers covering the class in this period, so there was no consistency of care or supervision. Leadership failed to address any complaints with the seriousness, urgency, or follow-through they warranted. Similar issues continued to arise after being reported, and we saw little evidence that meaningful interventions or safeguards were put in place. In fact, concerns were often minimized with responses such as “boys will be boys” and “kids are curious.” Beyond troubling incidents, there is a pattern of unfit leadership and unacceptable care. The school has been reported to officials accordingly. Based on our experience, we no longer have any confidence in the center’s ability to provide a safe environment for children - the most fundamental requirement of a daycare facility. We would not advise any family to enroll. As one of the first families to join the center, we had an initially positive experience with some truly caring teachers but over time there was a clear decline in leadership, communication, and how serious problems were handled.
