Primrose of Burlington has been an outstanding school and daycare for our family. Our child attended for three years, and it is one of the best early education experiences we've ever had. We've now had two children go through the program, and the care, consistency, and quality have been excellent the entire time.
The teachers are warm, professional, and genuinely invested in each child's growth. You can tell the curriculum and daily routines are intentional—our kids have thrived socially, emotionally, and academically. Communication with families has always been strong, and we always felt our children were safe, supported, and truly known.
Our older child is now heading off to kindergarten, and we are confident he is going to exceed expectations because of the foundation Primrose built. The preparation, confidence, and love of learning he leaves with are a direct result of the time he spent there.
We are so grateful for Primrose of Burlington and would absolutely recommend it to any family looking for a top-tier early childhood program.

Our family has a long history of using Primrose schools through our recent moves in TN and MA. As expected, the Burlington location exceeded expectations for how a daycare should operate. Both of my children were welcomed with open arms and quickly adapted to new teachers and friends. I appreciate everything the staff has done to welcome us to our new home in the Boston area.

We have been so impressed with our experience at Primrose School so far! From the moment I toured the school with Rachel, the owner, I knew we had found something special. Beyond being incredibly impressed by the beautiful facility, curriculum, and everything Primrose has to offer, what truly stood out was how much Rachel genuinely cared about getting to know our family.
After coming from a school where the director felt distant and communication was often lacking, it was incredibly refreshing to work with someone who took the time to ask about our children, their individual needs, and our goals as a family. Rachel went above and beyond throughout the entire enrollment and onboarding process to make sure our family's needs were understood and accommodated.
The culture of a school starts at the top, and Rachel sets an amazing example for her entire team. Her warmth, responsiveness, and genuine investment in the families she serves made such a difference in our experience.
We couldn't be more excited to start this next chapter at the Primrose School with Rachel and her incredible team. We already feel so welcomed and can't wait for our kids to be part of the Primrose community!

We’ve been at this Primrose for over 2.5 years, from the infant room through preschool, and we’ve had an exceptional experience. Our oldest attended a different daycare when she was little, so we have a genuine point of comparison, and there really is no comparison for us. The level of care, communication, and support our youngest has received here has been outstanding.
His teachers and school leaders have gone above and beyond to truly get to know him, his personality, needs, strengths, and challenges and to meet him where he is. They’ve been tremendously supportive as he has progressed through Early Intervention, welcoming his integrated service providers into the classroom and partnering with us through transition meetings with the public school. That level of collaboration has meant so much to our family.
We’ve also loved that he knows and connects with people throughout the whole school community, not just his classroom teachers. He even calls the chef “Cheffy,” which is one of those little things that makes us smile. He recognizes so many of the adults at school, and it’s clear that he feels known and cared for by the community around him.
Like any early childhood school setting, there has been some staff turnover over the years, but we’ve always appreciated how transparently the school communicates changes and how thoughtfully they handle transitions for the children. They understand that consistency and comfort matter so much to little ones.
Communication from both the teachers and school leadership has consistently been fantastic. Everyone is responsive, approachable and genuinely caring.
One of our favorite traditions is giving high fives through the classroom window when we say goodbye. It’s such a small thing, but it perfectly captures the connection he has with the people at school and how they know what works for him.
After 2.5 years, we can wholeheartedly say that Primrose Burlington has been exceptional. We’re incredibly grateful for the people who have cared for our son and supported our family, and we would recommend them without hesitation.

We recently dropped off our younger daughter for her last day after seven years at Primrose, and we're writing this in gratitude and celebration of this wonderful place.
When we first walked through those doors (our oldest was 9 months), we were terrified first-time parents with no idea what we were doing. What followed was seven years of Primrose earning our trust in ways through having great teachers every year, consistent processes, and a culture of professionalism and high standards.
The specific moments stay with you. When our older daughter was struggling with emotional dysregulation, her teachers and administrators didn't just offer reassurance — they sat down with us for a private intimate session, walked us through what she was observing, and helped us develop a real approach together. When COVID hit, rather than waiting for guidance from above, Kate proactively pulled together the medical parents in our community to help build thoughtful, practical protocols from scratch. When school gun violence was dominating every news cycle and parents everywhere were quietly terrified, we started noticing security upgrades at Primrose before we even had to ask. No announcement, no fanfare — just action. Logistically, some of the things that were the most helpful were not having to pack food (all cooked the day of on premises by their chefs), hours, security measures, frequent celebrations, and annual holiday pageants.
The culture here is exceptional — we've worked at and with enough organizations to know that kind of culture doesn't happen by accident. It starts at the top with the owners, Rachel and Curt, who take a level of accountability and pride in their facilities that is rare to see nowadays. They routinely invest in their teachers with training, recruit committed individuals, and set high standards that elevate everyone. Year after year, wonderful new teachers walked into our daughters' lives and loved them like their own, anchored by the same consistent, warm, and deeply competent leadership. That combination of continuity and quality over seven years is something you simply cannot fake or manufacture.
Primrose didn't just care for our daughters. They became our village — the people outside our family we trusted completely with what matters most to us. While daycare in Massachusetts can be quite costly, it's not lost on me looking back the immense value of having a place to drop your kids off that you entrust to run well on autopilot. Thank you everyone at Primrose!
