  My child has been there a year now through infant to toddler and he is absolutely thriving. Language, motor movements, you name it! The staff are so patient and kind and truly get to know each kiddo and parent. I would recommend miss Aiyana, miss Adrianna and their staff ten times over!

  I want to say of first by saying if you want your children to get hurt all the time don't send them here! I picked up my son from school to realize his tooth was cracked when I addressed the school they had no idea how it happened. I was always signing papers of my sons getting hurt but the weird part is they never seem to get hurt they way they do there. The sit in the front office and are loud and do nothing. I had one teacher say me son looked like her I thought that was very odd. I'm pretty sure he my son the last and final straw is there a huge sercuityy and safety concern I told them to no release my children to my husband cause of a recent dv situation, they didn't take me seriously and still did. After filing a restraining order I told them again do no release my children to him and that my friend would come pick them up. They didn't even ask for my friend name just said bring an id but I said don't you need her name to match her id.this is very scary cause apparently anyone can grab your kids and they don't change the code to the door. My husband showed up at the school and I went into the class to grab them and they tried holding my kids hostage I called 911 and was told they can't do that! They also made a false statement to dcf who hasn't even opened a case. And they put me and my children at huge risk and told me to go sit in the hallway for the police meanwhile he was out there! My kids will never go to this center again! The only good teacher there is Mrs charmin and it's very sad cause my son loved her besides that this place should be shut down this is the 2nd kinder care we have had a bad experience at!

  I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Mercantile Kindercare. They are all amazing! The director Ms. Kyra is incredible and runs such a great center. Every teacher my baby has come in contact with have been great, kind, patient, loving, supportive and encouraging. I am so glad I made the choice to send my daughter to this center. She has been with the center over a year now and started when she was 6 months old. I was so worried about leaving her and returning back to work but felt at ease by how well mercantile took care of her. I knew she was in good hands! Thank you mercantile kindercare team! We love you!

  Mercantile KinderCare is an excellent choice for your little ones. Because Their staff is warm, caring, and attentive, creating a nurturing environment for the children. I love that they have an app where I can track my son's activities and see pictures throughout the day. They always keep me informed and updated. The entire team is dedicated to ensuring the safety and comfort of the children, and it truly shows in everything they do.

  Mercantile KinderCare is truly a special place! The team is extremely organized, professional, and everyone genuinely cares about each child and family who is a part of the community to ensure amazing care and learning. Mercantile has all of the resources of a national KinderCare brand, but they bring their own local flavor that makes them unique and personal. 110% recommend! Talking specifics: The center directors are incredible - excellent communication, organized, fair, and great leaders for their team. You can tell they love what they do they really work to make you feel comfortable so you can focus on work while your child is in their care. The teachers are true gems - they are patient, listen and adjust to needs of your child and genuinely care and love the kids. We have met some amazing people and love knowing our child has developed under their guidance and support! The facility is bright, convenient, clean, and secure - The space is just full of warmth and personality. They have room for strollers (which is a nice feature not all centers in the city are able to accommodate), and they really utilize their location in the city (walks to parks, see the seals at the aquarium, the greenway/sprinklers in the summer, etc). They also have awesome hours which gives some nice flexibility. The program is comprehensive - they develop tons of fun activities and an engaging curriculum to help your child learn and develop. They keep them busy and the kids love it! They also have an app so you can get updates and photos throughout the day which is really nice. Overall, they pay attention to all the little stuff that just adds up to make you feel comfortable and great about sending your child here. 10/10!
