Primrose Shawnee took great care of our 3 kiddos for the past 6 years and we are so grateful for all the great experience we had there. Without family in the area, we heavily relied on them to provide a safe, warm environment for our kids. The kids are off to new adventures but they are so well prepared academically, socially, and emotionally.
The leadership was all so welcoming and communicated regularly with our family with positive (and sometimes no so positive) updates on how the kids were doing under their care.
When they were younger, there were tougher drop off days but the teachers were super supported and always helped out. They worked with us through potty-training, helping us stick to a scheduled routine until they become independent. They scheduled fun, memorable events that we enjoyed as a family.
Primrose Shawnee faced some challenges with teacher shortage or utility failures (as do all other facilities from time to time) but their open communication kept us assured that they were doing everything they can to minimize disruption.
Lastly, I felt safe knowing that safety was a top priority. When my kid had a medical emergency, it was handled immediately and exactly as I hoped. It was an extremely scary event for us, and they helped us work with our doctor to ensure their wellbeing.
Thank you!
