  We have been with Primrose since 2022, and it has been a wonderful experience for our family. Both of my daughters attended here, and we are truly grateful for the love, care, and support they received from all the teachers and staff. The teachers are kind, patient, and genuinely care about the children’s growth and happiness. My kids always felt safe, comfortable, and excited to go to daycare every day. The environment is clean, welcoming, and very well organized. As a parent, it gives me so much peace of mind knowing my children are in such caring hands. Thank you to everyone at Primrose for being such an important part of our daughters’ early years. We highly recommend Primrose to any family looking for a loving and nurturing daycare.

  We’ve had an incredible experience with Primrose School of Blue Valley over the past almost two years. From day one, the staff has been nothing short of amazing. They’re personable, attentive, and you can genuinely tell they care about the kids and the families they serve. One thing that really stands out is how much they’ve gotten to know our son and our family. This isn’t just a daycare where you drop your child off, they truly invest in each child’s development and well-being. They’re kind, patient, and always focused on helping our son grow and put his best foot forward. Even after moving a bit farther away, we’ve continued bringing our son here without hesitation. The extra drive is absolutely worth it for the level of care, attention, and consistency they provide. Communication is another huge plus. We get consistent updates throughout the day with photos and statuses, which gives us a lot of peace of mind. Anytime we’ve had questions or concerns, the staff has always been quick to respond and more than willing to talk, whether that’s in person or over the phone. They’re also incredibly flexible and supportive, which makes a big difference as a parent. Most importantly, our son is happy, and that says everything. We’re really grateful for the care and attention they’ve given our family and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a daycare.

  While, I am happy for the families that have had a good experience at Primrose, this was not at all the case for us. I understand that turnover is fairly common in this industry, but our daughter had a new teacher every 2-3 months. For her, this was a huge problem and caused her to lose trust in the staff. The curriculum was not a fit either-there seemed to be very little playing and a lot of sitting (which is hard when you aren’t even 3!). The communication was different from the staff than the management, and it was like they didn’t talk to each other. Whenever we tried to talk to the teacher, she was too busy to discuss how the day went and would only communicate (one way) via the application. After having our daughter at a different facility (in a bigger classroom with more kids) I can see even more clearly that this facility was a problem for us. Our daughter is now happy thriving and learning after leaving! Be careful with Primrose, it isn’t a good fit for many kids.

  We had our daughter there for about a year. In this time she had 4 different teachers after 3 of them left from that daycare. Their curriculum is kind of strict which was not a good fit for our child. It felt like there was no communication between the management and the teacher of the class. Very bad experience please do your research before find a daycare specially if your kid has any developmental delays.
