The owners are truly exceptional - deeply involved and committed to creating a center where children thrive. Their dedication shows in every detail. The center is always clean and welcoming, and the front office team is consistently kind, organized, and supportive. Teachers like Ms. Tiffany and Mrs. Burnett make all the difference in our child’s experience. Their care, patience, and enthusiasm shine through each day. Our children always come home with stories about their friends, their teachers, and all the new things they’ve learned. The curriculum is engaging, and the frequent updates (including photos!) help us feel connected to their day. We also appreciate all the “extra” touches the Primrose team puts into holidays, Donuts with Dad, Cookie Fridays, and fun events like Summer Splash days. There is always something special happening, and it’s clear this isn’t a typical center. The entire team goes above and beyond, and we are so grateful!

The school runs a great curriculum and all the staff are very friendly. I love the updates, pictures and videos I get through the app throughout the day. So far, very minimal staff turnover. The owners are fantastic. Would recommend!!

The staff is fantastic — they have such great diversity among the employees, which has been wonderful for him to experience. Every day he comes home talking about all the fun activities and new friends he’s made. He literally never wants to go home at the end of the day! Such a caring, engaging environment that makes parents feel confident and kids feel excited. Highly recommend!

- MSMelissa ShippyJun 1, 20265.0My daughters are so happy at Primrose. The staff and owners are so kind and caring. The curriculum is solid and very well rounded. It includes science, small group math and literacy, music, Spanish, and physical activity. There is also plenty of time for dramatic play, outdoor play, and centers. They also offer enrichment activities such as Soccer Shots and Tippi Toes dance. The staff does such a great job of nurturing my daughter’s interests and personality. She loves bringing what she’s learned at Primrose home to share. She enjoys saying the Primrose poem before we eat, saying the Pledge of Allegiance, singing Primrose songs, and saying lots of words in Spanish. The staff also take great care of my youngest daughter. She always gets so much love and attention and they treat her as if she was their own child. My daughters were previously at another nearby daycare. We’ve been so much happier since we’ve switched to Primrose.
