They run their preschool like a military academy. If your child is even a little neurodivergent then the staff doesn’t know what to do. They kicked our son out a few years ago- he was 2 years old.😳 Considering how expensive it is, don’t risk it, just avoid it!!!

We’ve had such a great experience with this school. The teachers and staff truly care about the students and create a positive, supportive environment for learning and growth. My kids are excited to go to school every day and have learned so much both academically and socially. Communication with parents has been excellent, and it’s clear the school puts a lot of effort into helping every child succeed. We’re very thankful to be part of this amazing school community!

Took our $300 deposit and told us one week before we were supposed to start that they no longer had a spot for us. I was due in October 2025. The May before that, we were told by Primrose that they had an infant opening Feb 2026 and all we needed to do was pay the $300 deposit. We sent in the deposit and they confirmed they received it. By about August my husband called to follow up and make sure everything was still good. He told them we paid the deposit and they said there was nothing more we needed to do. By Jan 2026 we still hadn’t heard anything from them so we followed up once again to confirm the start date. That was when we were informed they no longer had a spot for us and we couldn’t get our deposit back because a deposit does not guarantee you a spot. They said normally they tell parents to call when the baby is born. We were not told to do this and didn’t do it because they acted almost annoyed when we called in August. (Calling when the baby was born would not have saved our spot but we would have known earlier we no longer had one). They also told us they do not even know when they would have an opening for us, it could be months. This was one week before we were supposed to start. We had to start from scratch to find a new daycare because we both work and didn’t have months to wait for an opening. This is not typical for Primrose I am sure, and I’m sure they are a perfectly fine daycare. However, just know, they don’t guarantee you a spot and will not follow up with you to tell you that you no longer have one.

Cannot say enough good things about this location. My daughter was missing a few milestones so we wanted to place her into a educational based care program. Primrose KU surpassed our expectations. Her teachers Ms Miracle, and Ms Anna have been working with her to help succeed alongside her peers. My daughter has caught up so much. This is especially prevalent when she is around the staff and the other children. So proud of what she has become and credit is due to Primrose KU. The staff pays attention to my daughters specific needs and that goes a long way. Wouldn't know what to do without Ms Miracle, and the amazing staff!
