  Our son has been part of the very first infant cohort at Montessori Academy, and enrolling him here has truly been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our family. Jamie was such a kind, thoughtful partner during our transition from Twin Falls to Boise. This was the first major change our son had ever experienced, and as parents, we worried about everything: his health, development, sleep, emotional adjustment, you name it. Within just a week, he was taking full naps, sleeping better at night than he ever had before, practicing hand-washing, putting things away independently, turning lights on and off, opening doors, and greeting others with “hello” and “goodbye.” He absolutely adores his teacher, Ms. Rachel, who is an incredible educator and human being. One of the things I appreciate most about Montessori Academy is how deeply they honor each child’s natural aptitude and development. They don’t force children into rigid expectations or limit them prematurely. Instead, they allow children to demonstrate what they’re capable of while thoughtfully scaffolding growth in the areas where they need more support. The classroom environment itself is beautifully intentional. The materials and activities encourage exploration of the natural world while helping children develop practical life skills like dressing themselves, practicing hygiene, caring for their environment, and participating in prosocial activities. Everything feels purposeful. Needless to say, our son is absolutely thriving here, and after seeing the care, thoughtfulness, and dedication behind both the classroom structure and the philosophy, it’s easy to understand why.

  We’ve been a Montessori Academy family for three years or more now. We have depended on them to help grow and cultivate our daughters. Ms. Rachelle has been the absolute standout from our experience. She is the reason we are there and her guidance and education for our daughters has been exemplary. My only feedback is that from a staffing perspective, you need to supplement lead teachers with support staff so that the time and energy they need to pivot age groups and curriculum is fairly seamless.

  We chose this school carefully to give our twins the best start, and it truly comes down to the teachers. We feel so fortunate to have Ms. Olivia and Ms. Florence, as well as Ms. Rachelle and Ms. Jordanna- their expertise, commitment and genuine care are truly outstanding. Our kids love going to school, which says everything. We’re also very impressed with the leadership- Ms. Jamie and Mr. James are incredibly dedicated, supportive, and highly visible in the school community.

  My son has been going to this school for more than half year now. It was the best decision we have made for our son. He immediately love Montessori school system and he is still loving to go to school everyday. He loves all the staff members there and his teachers and teacher assistants. His teacher Tiffany, who is so great with our son. I still remember that he told me Tiffany is his friend after he started this school not long after. Thank you for all the staff members to keep the school organized, fun, and educational.

  My two little ones have been at Montessori Academy Parkcenter since they were babies! The staff is always warm, friendly and professional. Having come from a Montessori background myself, I had high expectations and this school has exceeded every single one! The curriculum is thought out and well executed. The teachers are all very knowledgeable and I have loved watching my little ones grow and learn in this beautiful and nurturing environment! I cannot recommend this school enough!
