We have been taking my daughter to KinderCare for the last 2.5 years since my daughter was 5 months old. Overall, I have been very happy with my experience at this location. The teachers truly care and have built such a wonderful relationship with my daughter. When I drop her off in the mornings she is smiling and runs to see her friends. She participates in phonics classes which have really helped her to identify/ learn her letters and sounds. Every day there are hands on activities such as painting, circle time, reading, dancing, counting, singing songs, role play, sensory bins/ toys, water days, holiday celebrations, and learning about various topics like fruits and vegetables, the weather, seasons, plants, insects, animals, and family. My daughter has truly learned a lot. The teachers go out of their way to make school fun and they are my village since I don’t have any family living nearby. I also love that I receive updates and pictures of my daughter throughout the day in their app. When we have another baby, I’m planning to enroll my second in KinderCare here. I highly recommend KinderCare.

My sons have been attending KinderCare for over five years, starting when they were just babies. Over that time, the staff has truly become like family to us. Their care, consistency, and genuine love for the children have given me complete confidence every day when I drop my kids off. It means so much to know they are in a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where they can grow and thrive. I’m incredibly grateful for the relationships they’ve built and the positive impact they’ve had on our family,

My son was in the 2–3-year-old class. When he first turned two, our experience was positive—he was learning, progressing, and the classroom environment felt supportive. That changed significantly around 2 years and 8 months, when he began successfully potty training. I communicated clearly and repeatedly with the teachers about his progress, including a parent-teacher meeting. At the time, they seemed to understand his needs and expectations. Since my son no longer had accidents at home, we transitioned him fully out of diapers and informed the classroom. Despite this, every time I sent him in underwear, he came home in a diaper—diapers we no longer provided. It became clear that diapers were being taken from other children’s supplies, which raised serious concerns about transparency and organization. This also explained why diaper boxes I previously supplied ran out unusually fast. Communication overall was extremely lacking. Potty training was heavily emphasized during enrollment, yet when accidents occurred, there was little follow-through or consistency. I was later told by a teacher that taking my son to the bathroom every 30 minutes to an hour was “too much” for them to manage. Beyond potty training, there were ongoing supervision and accountability issues. My son frequently came home missing socks, jackets, or water bottles. On multiple occasions, staff claimed he had no spare clothes when they were clearly labeled in his bin. I also witnessed teachers on their phones during pickup, including one instance where my son was biting a chain-link fence directly in front of a teacher who was distracted on her phone. There were also serious communication problems between households. Incorrect information was shared with my son’s mother, causing unnecessary conflict that could have been avoided with basic professionalism and accuracy. When I contacted the center about waitlists or concerns, I rarely received clear answers or callbacks, despite being told someone would follow up. I raised these issues multiple times with staff, and nothing meaningfully changed. Ultimately, my son regressed in his routine and development due to lack of consistency and support. Staffing shortages were cited as the reason, but that does not excuse safety issues, poor communication, or failure to meet advertised developmental standards. After months of unresolved concerns, I made the decision to pull my son from the program. While our experience started positively, it did not hold up once real developmental progress and individualized attention were required.
