  As first-time parents, choosing childcare was one of the most important decisions we've made, and unfortunately, our experience at Towne Lake KinderCare was not the right fit for our family. Our daughter was enrolled for only one week before we decided to withdraw. During that time, there were several concerns that impacted our confidence in the level of care being provided. On one occasion, we arrived to find our infant on the floor crying while a teacher appeared to be observing from a chair rather than actively comforting her. We also noticed dried milk in our daughter's hair after being told she had been cleaned up, which raised concerns about attention to detail and cleanliness standards. Additionally, we found the infant room to be uncomfortably cold on multiple occasions. While maintaining a safe temperature is important, the environment did not feel comfortable for young infants. I do want to acknowledge that Director Angela and Assistant Director Melissa were kind, professional, and willing to meet with us to discuss our concerns. They listened respectfully and appeared genuinely interested in addressing the issues we raised. Ultimately, however, we did not feel comfortable continuing care and decided to seek a different childcare option. Every family has different expectations and experiences, but we hoped for a higher level of attentiveness, cleanliness, and overall care for our daughter.

  Ms Monica and her staff have taken excellent care of our 2 children, now 6 and 8 years old, for about 4 years now. They have seen the good, the bad and the ugly and continue to persevere... My youngest has definitely put them through the wringer. Yet, they still stand by our side - just as we stand by them. “It takes an army to a raise a child.” We are grateful to have this unit on our side! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
