Our daughter has been attending Primrose Woodstock East for the past four months, and it has truly exceeded our expectations! As a first-time mom, I was nervous about leaving our baby in someone else’s care, but her teachers made the transition so much easier for us.
Ms. Gloria, Ms. Masciel, and Ms. Nilda have been absolutely wonderful. They take such great care of our daughter and have been there to support us through so many exciting (and sometimes scary) milestones, from starting solid foods to sitting up and crawling. We are so grateful for the love, patience, and care they show her every day. It means so much to know that she is in such caring and capable hands.
Everyone at the school is friendly and welcoming, and the facility is always clean, well-maintained, and inviting. We would highly recommend Primrose Woodstock East to anyone, especially parents looking for a safe, happy, and nurturing environment for their infant!

We have had children at this school since 2024, and at this point we have experienced several different stages of the program. Our oldest has been part of the Explorers after-care program, our middle daughter started in the Young Toddler classroom and is now in Preschool Pathways at age 3, and we currently have our 4-month-old enrolled as well. Having experienced the school across multiple classrooms and age groups has given us a pretty well-rounded perspective.
One thing we really appreciate about this school is the diversity among both the staff and the children. It is something that has always stood out to us and is important to our family.
I also want to be transparent about an area that has been frustrating for us in the past: staff turnover. When our toddler was transitioning between ages 2 and 3, we experienced quite a bit of turnover, particularly in the older toddler classroom. We lost several teachers and employees whom our children had grown to love. While I don't know the circumstances behind those changes, frequent transitions can be difficult for young children. They build relationships and attachments with their teachers, so having familiar faces come and go can be disappointing and takes some adjustment for them.
That said, the staff who are currently with the school have been incredible, and we truly appreciate the care they provide to our children. We especially want to recognize Mrs. Nilda, Ms. Sofi, Ms. Gina, Ms. Isa, Mrs. Kay, Ms. Genesis, Mrs. Gloria, and Mrs. Manuel. We are grateful for the patience, warmth, and consistency they bring to the classrooms. The teacher to student ratio is ideal to ensure proper care, and there seems to be several support teachers.
We also really appreciate the leadership of Mrs. Cranford and Mrs. Lang. Whenever we have had a concern, they have been approachable, willing to listen, and responsive in addressing it. It is reassuring to know that we can bring something to their attention and feel heard.
We also want to give a shoutout to Ms. Chaeli and Mrs. Lori in the evenings. They are always a delight, and we truly appreciate the warmth and kindness they show our family at the end of the day.
Overall, our experience has been a positive one, and the fact that we have continued to enroll our children here from our oldest, to our toddler, and now our infant speaks to the trust we have in the school. Like any childcare center, there have been things we wish were different, particularly when it comes to consistency in staffing, but we also recognize and appreciate the many wonderful teachers and administrators who make a difference in our children's lives every day. I would choose this center over any other surrounding centers. This school is the best option in Woodstock.

Our 7mo has been attending this daycare for the past 4 months, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Leaving our baby in someone else's care was scary, but they made us feel comfortable and confident from day one. Specifically, Mrs. Gloria, Mrs. Masciel, and Mrs. Nilda who have decades of experience with babies, they have been so helpful in each milestone our baby reaches and a huge help in his growth and development. It is much more than a babysitting experience.
We get daily pictures and updates on every bottle feed, nap, and diaper, and it's clear that our baby is well cared for, engaged, and happy. He gets excited when we arrive to daycare which says a lot. The facility is clean, organized, and welcoming, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to create a nurturing environment. We highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a safe, loving, and professional place for their child.

It is hard to put into words what Ms. Woodall has meant to my nephew and to our family. When he first started at Primrose, he struggled tremendously at every drop off, as he was very attached to me. He had recently experienced profound loss and had been trying to navigate our new family dynamic. It was very hard for me to leave him. Ms. Woodall immediately made every effort to accommodate my nephew and to find ways to help him feel welcomed and safe in her care. She was inquisitive and asked questions about him and his story so that she could serve him better. She found ways to connect with him early on so that the transition at drop was smoother. Over time, the crying decreased, and he became less reluctant to stay. Ms. Woodall prioritizes learning unlike anyone I have ever met. She connected with me very quickly to discuss ways to help him reach his milestones, such as letter recognition, counting objects, nature exploration, and so much more. She also prioritizes social development. I can confidently say that the child who was once so shy and unwilling to make connections with his peers is now a social butterfly! I get updates throughout the day with pictures of his activities at daycare. He is always pictured interacting with his peers and teachers. He is constantly asking for playdates and people often comment on how well behaved and polite he is. He knows the routine when he arrives every morning. He goes straight to put his stuff away and is so excited to do so. Everyday he comes home singing songs he learned at daycare. He says, “Ms. Woody taught me this learning song today about sharing!” He gets up every morning so eager to get to school so that he can learn and play with his friends. Ms. Woodall has helped me recognize some of his strengths and has given me ways to nurture them. I cannot say enough how integral of a role the entire Primrose team has played in helping us recover from a tragic loss and thrive as a family and member of their community. Ms. Woodall’s consistent care and commitment has truly made a difference in my nephew’s academic, social, and personal development. He loves his teacher so much and we are all thankful for her.
