  As a concerned grandmother, I had serious concerns with this daycare. When I picked up my granddaughter for the first time, I was able to enter, pick her up, and leave without being asked for identification or having my authorization verified. Our family also had concerns about supervision, repeated mosquito bites despite providing spray, and how an incident involving my granddaughter was handled. After my daughter withdrew her, the director never followed up or checked on her, which added to our feeling that the children’s well-being was not truly a priority. Based on our experience, we felt financial matters seemed to be prioritized over the children’s safety and well-being. Our concerns were documented and reported to Quality Rated. I encourage parents to ask questions and do their research carefully before enrolling

  Unfortunately, my experience with this daycare was disappointing, and I ultimately withdrew my daughter. Before enrollment, I explained that my daughter has strong reactions to mosquito bites and provided mosquito spray for her. Despite this, she was bitten multiple times, including five bites during her final week, and some developed into sores. I also had concerns with early drop-off. I paid for early care because of my work schedule, but on one morning the director was not there and only her husband was present. I also had concerns about pickup procedures after my mother was able to pick up my daughter without being asked for identification or having her authorization verified. Lastly, my daughter came home visibly upset after an incident involving another child and later told me she had been yelled at. While I did not personally witness the interaction, the situation was concerning to me as a parent. I also felt that financial matters seemed to be prioritized over the safety and overall well-being of the children. Based on these experiences, I ultimately decided the daycare was not the right environment for my daughter. I’m sharing my experience so other parents can make an informed decision

  I would be very cautious when doing business here. I found the owner to be untrustworthy and inconsistent with her word. Promises and commitments were made but not honored, which left me feeling misled and disappointed. It seemed that making money was prioritized over honesty, integrity, and treating customers fairly. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business and would advise others to proceed with caution.

  I wouldn't recommend this place for children. The staff seemed unprofessional. She claimed my son had a communication issue she hadn't personally seen. She asked me to fill out an application, then mentioned that my son has a speech delay and suggested other options. She even told me to look on Google. My 4-year-old is shy but communicates well for his age, yet she refused to accept him. After applying, I offered to pay for his stay myself because I don't receive government aid, but she still wouldn't admit him. She could have said she didn't want to accommodate him rather than claim he needed special care. I was disappointed.
