I submitted the pre-registration form for my toddler on May 7th. Since then, I have spoken with onboarding coordinator a couple of times regarding my child's position on the waiting list and when we might expect an enrollment call. During our conversations, I specifically asked onboarding coordinator if I needed to pay any registration fees, and she explicitly told me NO. However, I have since come to understand that paying a registration fee is required to be placed on the waiting list. Given this contradiction, I am concerned that teachers here are may be biased and that our family is facing discrimination. Please be cautious , if you are planning to keep your child here!

We loved our time at Primrose! It’s a great balance of fun and learning. I’m constantly impressed as my son sings new songs, or associates letters with names! He has loved each teacher and classroom. Primrose has sparked such an interest in learning that we hope will continue for years to come!

"My son attends this school, and I couldn't be happier with our experience here. I'd rate it 5/5 for everything! The staff is incredibly caring, attentive, and dedicated to the well-being and development of the children. They create a warm and nurturing environment where kids feel safe and happy. The educational programs are top-notch. My son has learned so much and looks forward to going to school every day. They strike a perfect balance between learning and play. Communication with parents is excellent. We're always kept in the loop about our child's activities and progress. Clean and well-maintained facilities provide a comfortable and stimulating learning environment. In short, this school deserves a solid 5/5. I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a caring, educational, and fun place for their child."

We've been attending Primrose for nearly 9 months. Our child is now 3 and she has had exceptional teachers. During the pandemic, we have relied heavily on the app since we can't interact as much with the teachers. All of the teachers my daughter has had are very active on the app and write notes about my daughter's demeanor and skills which I appreciate. The app is updated throughout the day about food consumption, naps, potty breaks, and includes pictures and videos of our child - annotating all the activities she did that day. We've attended one other daycare that was not as attentive with their app, so I'm very pleased with Primrose's attention to detail as I'm sure it's hard to do that every day for every single child in the class! Our daughter's teacher celebrates every holiday and sends the kids home with thoughtful gifts catered to her. The admin staff is also extremely kind and attentive. 5 stars!
